I’m a black American and Penzeys called me racist.

Get woke, go broke.

Besides the fact that the owner of penzeys woked out called all Republicans WAAAAYSIST, the product is ridiculously over priced and simply not any good.
Don’t waste your money!

Penzeys spices are truly phenomenal and always have been. When President Trump was elected, William Penzey went on an all out blitz to, I don’t know what, have him erased? This has escalated to the extent he sends follow up emails to all received orders, calling all Republicans racist and he needs help stopping their hate. (That’s the textbook definition of bigotry, Mr. Penzey.)
He has ruined a business for the sake of some imagined vengeance. I hope he gets help.

Terrible company. I hope this crook goes bankrupt.

Shipment arrived with broken seals. Called to return and replace and was treated like crap. NEVER AGAIN! There are many other places to buy spices. Avoid.

Rude employees

Company sent a partisan rant out to their marketing list. Why would they do that? Because they value hatred and partisanship over selling spices to all? Just my guess, but I'll vote with my wallet and take my business elsewhere now.

Aweful customer service. Same as other people want to return product and is at your dime for there junk

Wish I could give no stars and I regret the vast amounts of $$$ that I have spent at Penzeys Spices. I signed up for the newsletter in 2018 and was disgusted with the blending of divisive politics and product promotion. I am now shopping at ethnic markets for comparable products at a fraction of the cost. And from small businesses that appreciate all their customers and the opportunity to succeed in our great Country.

Lousy customer service after three attempts to resolve issue. Other options. Just spices.

I would give them no stars if i could!! This guy is mentally ill and needs help. He just sent out a “newsletter” proudly stating all republicans are racists and can’t wait to get their hands on a gun to shoot a black person. He renamed MLK day to “Republicans are racists weekend”. I’m a VAXED independent that finds his rhetoric disgusting and dangerous! He’s now begging for customers to buy gift cards since their sales are down. PLEASE leave your reviews on google also! That’s where most people look for reviews for companies and the majority of his reviews are good; I’m sure these customers have no idea what’s going on and we have to get the word out!

Not a political review. Company products low quality and customer service is horrible. Much better options out there, imo.

They sent me the wrong order. When I notified customer service, the woman told me to mail them back ( at my expense) and reorder my choices. No refund offered for my mailings and no refund for what I didn't receive. My credit card company had to get involved!

I’m not a Republican, but I will no longer purchase products from this company. Promoting division by labeling all people of one party is not “love.”

Over priced, low quality. AVOID at all costs. Tastes like hate.

Over priced, gets into politics! I’m a Republican and nothing like the owner has described. Since he wants to get political, I will never buy his product or gift cards. He’s a divider and this Republican doesn’t like that, we are ALL Gods people.

I am an American. It doesn't matter if I'm Democrat, Republican, Independent or don't bother to vote. Being an American, I won't support a company who doesn't support American citizens, but instead insists on dividing the county with, of all things, spices. I'll purchase my spices elsewhere so I don't have to tolerate the intolerable hated this guy spews.
