I have no idea what the service or the app is like - I placed an order for my device and had to chase twice before the order was “accepted” TWO WEEKS later. So the device was only sent AFTER two weeks and arrived a week after that.
However, for some reason, they sent it to the wrong address (I have clear and incontrovertible proof).
Every time I asked a question through their support - I couldn’t use the service without the device - I got an answer maybe a day (or more) later.
No real help was given, my order didn’t seem to be a priority - no real hurry to sort out something that I had ordered ages ago.
For a company whose ethos is - I think? - all about helping customers fast when needed, this seemed like a really weird approach: I wasn’t expecting them to sort out my query within 5 seconds, like an alarm call - but I DID expect some degree of wanting to sort things out.
At this stage, I have just cancelled my contract and will go elsewhere: whatever the stated level of service, it just doesn’t seem believable that this is a company that cares or will try to respond on time when it really matters.
This weekend, it will be a full month since I placed the order - I don’t have a device, I don’t have a refund, the matter is apparently “under internal review to decide how best to proceed” - or at least that is the last I heard, a week ago.

The member of staff who attended to me was patient and ensured all my concerns were addressed. She also ensured she understood my complaints better by practically taking me through all the steps I needed to complete. At the end of the day, she ensured I was happy with the resolution.

A great service that enhances the safety of singleton workers. you get a reminder half way through the shift and if there isn't a response you get a phone call if still no contact the manager gets a call.

We have worked with PeopleSafe for approximately 10 years, utilising their lone worker solutions to support the safety and wellbeing of our staff. Over that time, our experience has been consistently positive, and their service has played an important role in strengthening our organisation’s approach to lone working.
PeopleSafe have provided a reliable, user-friendly system that has been well received by our employees. The technology itself is intuitive and straightforward, which has helped ensure high levels of engagement and compliance across our workforce. Their platform has given us confidence that staff working alone have access to immediate support if required, which is a critical element of our health and safety framework.
A particular strength of PeopleSafe has been their Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and the professionalism of their monitoring services. On the occasions where alerts have been triggered, responses have been prompt, calm and effective. This level of responsiveness has provided reassurance to both employees and management that any incidents would be dealt with quickly and appropriately.
In addition to the technology and monitoring services, their customer support has been excellent. Throughout our partnership, PeopleSafe have been responsive to queries, supportive during implementation phases, and proactive in offering guidance when needed. Account management (Sam Gerrard and Ellie Collins) have been approachable, knowledgeable, and we have always felt well supported as a client.
The only reason we are moving away from PeopleSafe is due to an internal strategic decision to bring our ARC function in-house, allowing us to integrate more closely with systems we already operate. This decision is not a reflection of any shortcomings in PeopleSafe’s service, but rather a progression in how we are structuring our internal capabilities.
Overall, we would highly recommend PeopleSafe to any organisation looking for a dependable and professional lone worker solution. Their combination of reliable technology, effective monitoring services, and strong customer support makes them a trusted partner in managing lone worker safety.

Good communication and swift response when I notified my device was faulty, I was sent a new charger to try out then when that didn't work I was sent a new device.
