Set a timed alarm and when I closed it off I received a phone call. I explained to Simon on the other end that this keeps happening and Simon explained why this was the case. He explained in great detail a service that peoplesafe provide I was unaware of that I had triggered causing me to receive the phone calls. Simon's patience with me and expert knowledge shows he is an absolute credit to the team at peoplesafe and their service.

Kelly (Nexus Help) was very clear and helpful in her responses to my questions. My query was resolved in a very short period of time which is what we needed.

I was given good advice as to what the issue is was having with my peoplesafe device. They issue was dealt with very quickly.

We are now into the final stages of our implementation process thanks to the hard work and support we have received from Rebecca and Tessa! Tessa helped me massively with the uploading stage of the rollout and put us into a position to be able to start training our colleagues and rolling out their devices quicker than we had anticipated. The communication has been incredible as we've had regular catch up's and been able to fix any potential issues promptly.

Quick turnaround of the issue, reported and readily acknowledged and new replacement sent, in a weeks length the complaint was solved.

We have just implemented Peoplsafes Lone Working Device within our business. We are still currently in our teething stages, but the help and support we have received from Tessa Western during the onboarding has been incredible. She is very helpful, quick to action and sort any issue we have had. Very proactive, ensuring everything is going smoothly, a real joy to work with.

Really helpful call with a gentleman named Simon who gave me additional helpful advice and support when I accidently set the device off (again!). Great especially as I'm quite new to using this device and just getting to know how to use it. We have had this app for 18 months and it has never worked. It was cancelled 7 months ago, yet the company continues to bill us.

In that time I have made repeated attempts to resolve the issue. Every query is passed endlessly between Customer Services and Credit Control, with no ownership, no accountability, and no outcome. Seven months of unanswered queries and empty promises is simply unacceptable.

It should not take this long to stop charging a customer for a product that has never worked. The process has been exhausting, time-wasting, and deeply frustrating. Based on my experience, this company shows no interest in resolving problems or supporting its customers once they have your money.

Sam has been great. I have recently taken over the contracts for our enterprise. Sam made the transition seamless and supported me to streamline our business proposition. I have add the opportunity to review products and had awareness training on the reporting platform. Great partnership.

Simon is a real gentleman, my safety device started beeping, and Simon introduced himself asked if I was okay and if I needed support, when I explained it was an accidental call out for help, he talked me through how I can cancel the call if need be. He was very polite and helpful. Exactly who we need in case of emergency!
