Bought a few things from Perfect Little Thing. Customer service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. The girls in the shop can’t do enough for you. They are friendly and give good advice when choosing outfits. They do not try to up sell. They are honest and make you feel like you are getting a first class service. I had items embroidered and they did it there and then for me. As my purchases were gifts they wrapped them up in a box and popped them in a coloured bag which meant I could just hand it straight over without having to buy extra wrapping paper etc. I browsed the website before going to the shop to look at items personally. I live in the area so this was an option for me. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in ordering from the website though but it was nice to visit the shop and if you are able to I would definitely recommend. I was lucky enough to call in when they had their sale on which was an added bonus as most things were half price.

Received my order and love the fact its wrapped in tissue paper and not plastic like some of the cheaper shops do. Blankets are absolutely beautiful, alot of stuff I wanted was put of stock but no surprise as it is stunning and great quality, I almost died when I seen how cute my pom hat was 😍 unfortunately though I noticed one pom sits considerably higher than the other one and it looks a little wonky 😅 kinda bugs me a little so hence the 4*. Beautiful stuff though will definitely order more blankets and the outfits I wanted when they are in stock.
