I wish I had seen these reviews before I made a purchase but unfortunately I didn't... Same situation, no order for two months now and their customer service is refusing a refund. The whole fact that they are misleading buyers by claiming they are in the UK when they ship from the US says they can't be trusted.

Yes definitely a scam, ordered in September, co contact and no reply. avoid at all cost.

Avoid This company is based in the USA not the UK
If your in the uk do not buy from these scammers
No parcel no refund AVOID

Believe every bad review here, and question every positive one.
Made an order 3 weeks ago, still haven’t even received a tracking number or confirmation of order.
When I contacted them via email, I was told that they would resend the confirmation within 72 hours. Resend! How can you resend something you didn’t send in the first place. And why would that take 72 hours to do.
This is a scam site!!!!

Like many other people I never received my order and have been chasing a refund for months. These people are actual thieves. Do not buy from them.

Ordered from Perfect Smile Shop 4th June 2020. Product did not arrive, I have sent numerous emails, I was very angry with the level of response. And left numerous reviews! Bottom line is the product arrived 19th August. Some 10 weeks later. No notification promises of refunds for months.
I ordered the same product from UK teeth whitening arrived in 2 days. That’s the difference.
This company is based in the USA, customer service is poor and basically they tell you rubbish. My advice is do not buy from this company as it is a lottery on and what turns up and the whole experience is very stressful. I will never use again EVER! And how they still trade is beyond me. You have been warned. Shop wisely 😀👍

Ordered Opalescence 35 on 04/08, received 19/08. I was under the impression delivery would be UK next day, however, tracking information stated my parcel came from LA. Although my product arrived (which I am shocked about after reading the below) I am now dubious to try it given the reviews suggesting the products are not authentic.

I bought teeth whitening products costing £50 I have waited 6 weeks for delivery which I never received the product after countless emails and them telling me that more has been sent out which again I never received and now trying to get a refund for over 2 weeks which still hasn’t been issued. Terrible service I would not recommend this company

The product received was fake. I purchased Opalescence mint 15% from this company, I have been using the same brand and strength for years with fantastic results but this was the first time using Perfect Smile Shop. The whitening gel did absolutely nothing, not even when used overnight (which I have never had to do before!). When I contacted them the email reply was from a yahoo email... Definitely not a legitimate company.

I ordered my package on 26th of July and package arrived 5th August, 3 days earlier than the estimated time. I had an international delivery to Finland, so the delivery time was pretty impressive especially with the pandemic going on. These reviews bothered me at first because I thought I would never receive my package. I messaged them to give me an estimate of the date I was going to receive the package. Madison helped me a lot and I felt more confident about my order. Honestly no complaints, even though I was a bit stressed at first. Received my package in good condition!

Zero stars. Faulty product arrived eventually, then no replacement or refund. Do not use this company, its s scam!

Actually I would like to give zero stars. Everything from this shop is a scam. They do false advertising, send other products than orderd and their destination is in the USA not GB.

Did an order for 2 products, the shop send me 2 other random products (not my order and less expensive). I paid with PayPal so I tried to get my money back over conflict solutions. Well had to send the products back, which I did and now the shop claims they didn't get my parcel. Wow, so I lost the money and the order. PayPal closed the case. Total scam.

Delivery time is not as suggested in the slightest, and customer service is automated (filled with lies). A frustrating waste of money with no customer care.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never would I shop here again! I’m now £75 out of pocket and have had to go through PayPal for my money back...2 months on I’m still fighting. You get fobbed off with excuses!! I understand delays due to the pandemic but it’s now been 3 months and no order.

There has been some bad reviews regarding This website , but I would like to reassure customers that I also had to Wait 3 weeks for delivery and was a little concerned. I emailed perfectsmileshop And Had a very quick reply from them to Let me know that my teeth whitening was on its way and the delay was due to the pandemic, and 2 days later I received my goods. Happy customer.

My honest rating is actually zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option here. When I ordered an item from Perfectsmile six weeks ago they took my money immediately. However a month and a half later their online status is still stuck at 'on its way'. My numerous emails have often been ignored. The few responses they did send have been full of excuses (overwhelmed due to COVID, post office issues, customs delays blah blah) but ignore all my specific questions have resulted in no goods and no sign of the requested refund. Basically I wish I'd read this review site first. To everyone else out there sensible enough to read the reviews before spending their money with Perfectsmile, I say save it - shop elsewhere or put it on an official lottery. The odds will be better.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered an item at the beginning of April, it’s now the middle of July. No product or refund. Most of my emails are ignored and when you do get a response, it’s a generic unhelpful message to string you along. Promises of it arriving or promises of a refund but nothing. I would not recommend using this website! There are far better, legitimate sites to choose from out there with great service (as I’ve learnt).

Don’t use this company unless you want to throw money away. My experience is the same as everyone else’s. I have been waiting over a month for my order. They are fobbing me off with excuses of delays due to COVID despite the fact that I have received multiple packages from other sources in this time. Automated responses from ‘Madison’ who can’t actually structure an email properly, and they refuse to either refund me or send another package. I also thought they were a UK company until after I’d paid. Really terrible experience all round.

I ordered on 7th June and product arrived 4th July. The website wasn’t very informative and so I wasn’t aware that the product would be coming from the USA or that it would take that long. To be fair I did get email responses when I chased and I appreciate that there will be delays due to the pandemic, but I didn’t like being told it was ‘guaranteed’ to arrive by a certain date and didn’t - just be honest with customers and say it may take a while, don’t make promises you can’t keep. Quality of product OK.

Two answer reply, after many emails sent. I spent £43.94 on 20.06.20, still waiting, still emailing still no product on 03.7.20. Not a UK email address it actually:-allessentialsc something or other (not aloud to put email address ) who ever they are?? Just started a dispute with PayPal.. can’t see myself getting my hard earned money back. STAY CLEAR!!
