All was fine for me
It’s very odd the reviews are either excellent or appalling. I had to wait longer than I expected but I received a prompt reply to my email and an explanation. My order was placed during the COVID-19 pandemic which inevitably delayed the process. My Optident bleaching gel arrived and although I had my doubts when I read the negative reviews I was very pleased with the service.

Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. I write this review on the 16th of June, I paid for an item on the 26th of May including £3.95 next day delivery.
The guy, doesn’t reply to emails frequently can’t clearly handle of business or workflow or even customer requests. Do not order from this business

Please DONT order from here! Product never arrived, iv been waiting over 2 months. Iv sent multiple emails and so many that you start to realise they are all automated. They refuse to give me a refund buy sending me the same message about sending out a new product. And they have used the pandemic as an excuse for things not arriving. Nothing iv ordered during the pandemic has taken more then 8 days ! It’s been over 2 months ! I NEVER write reviews but I think it’s disgusting they are not refunding me ! Which also makes me think it’s not a really company. Don’t waste your money!

My first order didn't show up due to…
My first order didn't show up due to global pandemic. I contacted Perfect smile after waiting quite some time and got a reply from Madison to say they would send out a new delivery. The customer service was excellent and my parcel arrived very promptly to the UK. I am now using the product and only on day 3 and can see a huge difference all ready! I will most definitely purchase again. Thank you Madison for being so helpful.
