The container is excellent. I ordered Mojo solid perfume. I can't smell ANYTHING. I've warmed it but makes no difference. Is it just me? So disappointed 😞

London muse solid perfume and capsule
I purchased a London muse solid perfume ‘clean girl’ and a lovely little pink container from Anthropologie kings Road. I was so excited as had seen it advertised on instagram. Having tested the samples I chose my scent and purchased. I feel the scent is very weak and anyone I have asked has said they cannot smell anything when I am wearing it. I am wondering was the scent I bought been in the shop for a long time and lost its strength. I’m unsure whether to invest in another refill now that I have bought the little capsule.

The perfume samples were packaged well and all were labelled. The website is very convenient, especially as you can’t get official samples for most of these perfumes, the prices are reasonable and delivery was quick.

Very happy with my perfume sample. Nice personal touch with a sweet handwritten note. Well packaged and bottle was cute. I couldn’t find an official sample from dolce & gabbana summer vibes, so I was happy to find it on this website. Will try out some other perfumes in the future. Thanks ☺️

Great service but not sure on the…
Great service but not sure on the strength of the perfume. IV tested a few different types and they don't seem to be as strong as my genuine bottle's that I have bought from shops.

Your sample of Xerjoff Erba Pura from your last order was decanted our bottle purchased in June 2024 from Harrods, a trusted retailer in the UK.
As you have ordered with us on two occasions, I have emailed you and explained where each of the fragrance bottles used for your samples were acquired, and provided proof of purchase.
Some of the fragrances you have ordered (such as Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait) are known for having gone through reformulations over the years, and this is not something we can control.
All we can guarantee is that we will only source fragrances from trusted retailers, and we are always happy to provide proof of purchase so customers know exactly where the fragrances were acquired from.
We are a small business and we take great pride in supplying original fragrances and helping customers discover new scents, and we would never sacrifice our integrity by offering fake or diluted samples.
I'm very sorry you were disappointed with your experience and that the fragrance was not what you expected. However, I can assure you you were sent genuine fragrance samples.

Bad experience with perfume muse
I received the perfumes not labeled I couldn’t know which perfume is this, it came in plastic container, i was expecting a glass container. All spray was broken!!
Some of the perfume was spilled and thus is waste of the money spent on the order which is not cheap at all .

Hi Sana, I am very sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience. We had no communication from you prior to this review, and if we did, we would have immediately solved any issues.
I wanted to clarify that all the samples you ordered were sent in high-quality glass atomisers, not plastic, we don't use plastic atomisers for any of our samples. All samples also come with labels so you can easily distinguish between them if you order more than one. We have never sent an unlabelled sample.
On larger samples, which you've ordered, we also add a seal at the top to minimise any possible leaks in transit. If there were any leaks, the name on the label might be harder to read, but all samples were definitely labelled.
Sprayers are also tested on all samples before the orders are sent out to make sure they work properly. Sometimes the atomiser can get an airlock while in transit, which causes the pump to not work, and can be easily fixed in a couple of minutes - we always provide solutions when this happens, or replacements for faulty atomisers.
