The container is excellent. I ordered Mojo solid perfume. I can't smell ANYTHING. I've warmed it but makes no difference. Is it just me? So disappointed 😞

Perfume Club for a third time…
What can we say? Another swift delivery and quality product. We ordered Xerjoff Casamorati Quattro Pizzi. We are split on this one. Very Soleil Blancesque but with better projection and longevity. Great for a summers evening. Thanks for the great service and we look forward to finding something new in the near future.

I bought Billie Elish red perfume as a gift for my grandaughter. I received excellent service from Perfume Muse, the perfume was ordered on Sunday evening and arrived Tuesday lunchtime. The perfume arrived beautifully packaged in a gift bag with a sample of perfume. Thank you my grandaughter was delighted.

Issue with order quickly resolved.
One of my sample bottles leaked and got all over the others, washing away all the labels. however, arranging a replacement for the leaked bottle was very easy and fast and Isabela was very polite and quick to respond.

Hi Jean, I can see on the tracking link that we have provided with your order that Royal Mail delivered your order today, 16th December, at 11:05. Your order was dispatched according to our shipping policy, the next business day after you placed your order, on Tuesday, 10th December. Unfortunately, as it is a very busy period, deliveries might take longer than usual but we will always dispatch all orders on time, however, Royal Mail's delivery timeframe is out of our control. As your order was in fact delivered, I hope you will reconsider changing this review.

We are a small business and we take great pride in supplying original fragrances and helping customers discover new scents, and we would never sacrifice our integrity by offering fake or diluted samples.
We source all our fragrances from trusted suppliers in the UK, so I can guarantee that the sample you were sent comes from a genuine fragrance.
You ordered a sample of Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540, which was decanted our bottle purchased in 2022 at John Lewis, a trusted retailer in the UK. The fragrance is known for having gone through reformulations over the years, and this is not something we can control. All we can guarantee is that we will only source fragrances from trusted retailers, and we are always happy to provide proof of purchase so customers know exactly where the fragrances were acquired from.
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, which is why we offer a return service if there's anything you're not happy with.
We had no communication from you prior to this review, and if we did, we would have provided you with a proof of purchase that shows the fragrance is authentic, and we would have accepted a return if you were still not happy with what you received.
