3 weeks and no sign that my product is being shipped. 3 emails and a phone call to which they said they cannot find my order. Yet the charged my credit card on the day I ordered. Total scam. Do not use this supplier.

As I had experienced an allergy to perfume recently, I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund be issued. However the item arrived. Now I must wait for a return label to return the item and get a refund. Replies take longer than expected.
