Rats in the garden
I have used this company as rats are visiting our garden this summer. The company have responded quickly and professionally to our request for help getting rid of the rats. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend his company.

He gave no false promises but was very reassuring.
I find the situation very stressful. His matter of fact approach and gentle manner made the investigation process less daunting than I imagined.

Jordan sent a text to confirm time of arrival which was useful. He carried out a full inspection following the previous visit and was able to give assurance that it was very likely that the rats had been eradicated.
Throughout the process he was friendly, efficient and obviously very knowledgeable. A four month period of follow-up was reassuring.
