Aaron F paid us a visit today to follow up on a wasp nest treatment in our exterior air brick from 10 days ago - as the pesky critters decided to burrow into the house further after the initial treatment and find their way into our bathroom... despite there being no obvious signs of exactly how they're doing it! Aaron did a thorough examination of the space and put a lot of effort into helping us block them from getting in further whilst the treatment works its magic. Very grateful for their guarantee service, and happy to report they follow through on their word!

Graham came out today to address a wasp infestation that had found its way under my fascia board and got between the soffit board and the cavity wall. He informed me that I should see results fairly quickly, but to keep an eye on the area and to call them again within Seven days if not entirely gone.
