The Pest Control Co Avis 

We have had a moth problem and I realised I need professional help. From the first message with Abigail to the arrival of Jordan everything was great. I got an immediate (literally!) reply to all my questions on Whatsapp, booking the appointment was very easy and on the day I got several updates on the arrival time. Jordan was friendly and professional, I couldn't be happier with the service. Fingers crossed the problem is solved but I know where to turn if need be.

Regrettably, I've had to change my positive review to a negative one. The wasp nest was "very live" the following day. When I contacted the Pest Control Co I was told that they would not come out for several days after the first treatment. Obviously that wasn't an option as we're in the middle of re-roofing the property.
I found a local pest control contact through CheckaTrade and spoke to him this morning and he was onsite by 1pm. On inspection, the actual wasp nest had been completely missed by Pest Control Co. It has now been dealt with properly. The roofers were able to carry on work immediately after the the nest had been destroyed. So we have paid £180 to Pest Control Co for nothing! The local guy charged £80 for doing the job properly! You live and learn! I shall now look into recovering the £180 fee

Aaron alerted me to when he was going to arrive and did so on time. He explained what would happen and told me what he had done to ensure the wasps would not return and advised that after 7 days there is still activity, to call them again and they will come back to do whatever is necessary to eradicate them.

Third and final visit by Jordan re our rat problem and he was his usual helpful self. Thank for efficient service

Very Unreliable. Wasps nest treated but unsuccessfully. Arranged 2nd visit to treat again, but it got cancelled. Arranged a 3rd visit but JG pest control didn’t turn up. This company state in their T&C’s they will return free of charge to treat if activity still happening after 14 days. I was charged £192 for a treatment that didn’t work and bad customer service. Admittedly I only looked at Trustpilot reviews which seemed good, I now notice Checkatrade have some reviews that are less favourable eg: not reliable when a 2nd visit is needed. I would never use or recommend again.

Aaron attended and reviewed previous measures. He added a snap trap in a box and some suspended bait in the area where the rat has been seen on the trailcam video. He also advised on possible access under the roof tiles.
