Unsatisfactory experience.
Nothing to object regarding work of the operative. However, after being given a time slot of from 10.00 till 14.00 we had to wait five and a half hours without any communication re the delay. We had to ring in order to find out what was happening. Given the high cost of your service (we were told it had recently gone up by 35%, a relative paid 200 pounds on 21st June) we would expect greater professionalism. Your comment would be welcome. Exceptional service received
Exceptional service received from all staff that attended to complete the service needed. I make a particular appreciation to Graham who was a repeated responder. His advice, expertise and professionalism was excellent. He made me as a customer feel very comfortable about the level of questions had and need for assurance. Efficient service
As a customer experiencing a problem with mice in the attic, we were feeling a bit anxious, but were quickly put at ease by the way in which we were listened to, which made us feel valued. Work was carried out systematically and efficiently and we felt comfortable in accompanying Jordan as he carried out part of his survey, during which he shared his observations and gave good advice, which we acted upon immediately. Jordan's knowledge, confidence and experience were evident throughout and he kept us informed of each action he was taking throughout the job.

The visiting technician (Graham) was very 'user-friendly' and thoroughly professional.
