Nice service for pest control

Graham has been to our property following an issue with rats in our cavities, and has been friendly, efficient and helpful throughout what was a not ideal situation - unfortunately we did have multiple cancellations 3 weeks in a row for our final visit however this was during the hot weather - thank you to Graham for all your help.

This was a return call as the nest (a large one) was still active. Efficiently dealt with.
The hope is that the nest will now die.

They were dealing with a decades old massive ants nest in my utility room, this was 2nd visit to continue getting rid of it which is the reality of a massive well established nest. Excellent service from the office, complete with return date and approx time slot. On the day, excellent communication from Graham, advising me he would arrive in 1 hour..which he did on the dot. Graham went above and beyond ensuring treatment covered all of the known nest site, and more put in other areas to ensure any potential entry point was covered. Graham was polite, efficient and jolly to be around. Excellent service from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
