Just an embarrassment.
I was so embarrassed at the flowers that were delivered to a family member. They were nothing like the photo that is supplied on the website. The cost horrendously expensive for what was recieved.
Would never recommend.

I strongly do not recommend purchasing flowers from this company it was a total waste of money and what you receive is not what you ordered online. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and it didn't look anything like what I ordered so misleading with their pictures online and will never order from them again. Customer service is useless as well as I sent a picture of what I ordered and a picture of what was received and they don't see anything wrong with it.

Can you believe that in 2023 they can't provide a delivery confirmation? That is just the basic expectation when you order flowers online.
Don't be disappointed
Chose this provider based on their delivery promise & nice photos. Payment was taken & then got an email a while later to say the delivery wouldn't be on friday as required but the next Tuesday. I replied explaining the difficult circumstances-why I was sending flowers & didn't even get a reply. In the end the flowers didn't even arrive until Wednesday...5 days late. Flowers look OK but not much of them. I would never use this provider again

My friend sent flowers that arrived 4 days after her order. The day after I received the flowers I noticed 1 lily flower browning. 2 days later all but 1 of the lilies flowers were browning and I had to throw them out only 4 days after I received them. Very poor service and quality. When I complained they response was 25 % refund . Not nearly good enough.
I would not even rate this company a 1 star.

They only have one person to service in the entire Tararua district?! Crazy. And if she gets sick no one can have flowers arranged and delivered. The area DESPERATELY needs another florist or two.
Poor delivery, poor quality, poor customer service
I ordered and paid for next day delivery flowers. Petals got in touch to say they only did overnight deliveries for the address and due to public holidays they wouldn’t be able to deliver them for another 6 days. I asked for a delivery fee discount and they said no. The flowers then arrived a day late from their own nominated date, so a whole week out. The flowers arrived bruised and were old. I’ve emailed and posted a query on their site and have had no response. Wouldn’t use them again.

Be warned...Do Not Deal With This Unscrupulous Company .I wish I had seen all the negative feed back prior to me ordering flowers from Petals network .My brother passed away prior to Christmas and I live to far away to be able to fly down for his funeral.
I ordered the big Protea/ Leucadendron Eleebana Delux at a cost of $120 plus $13.95 delivery = a total of $133.95 to be delivered to my niece, his daughter.
However I received this message from Jacky at Petals.
"Hello, unfortunately there are no florists in this area that have the required flowers for your order. So as not to miss the delivery date we have requested the florist to go ahead and create a florist choice design using the fresh flowers they have in store using blooms of equal value etc "
I was not given the option to choose an alternative and the subsequent colour palette and arrangement could not have been further away from the strong Eleebana Delux if you tried .
Not only that , the resulting "substitute" bouquet was not unsimilar to bouquets available for purchase from petrol stations and supermarkets at a cost of $60.
Petals offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase from them , as if I would be mug enough to go back for another go
Irresponsible. Avoid them.
I wish I had seen this review site before placing my order.
The fact they do not take calls to check on order status means one thing. Taking your money is all they care about. Delivery to customers is just an inconvenient part of the business to them.
Do these people realise how failure to fulfil an order for an anniversary turns what should be a wonderful day into a day of stress disappointment and harm to a relationship?
There should be a way to seek compensation for what they are doing.

I wanted to show my boyfriend how much I miss him and appreciate him and something tragic and horrible happened so they were desperately needed today. they never arrived, nor did they have any record of my order

Firstly: arrived the day after I picked. I was notified late the day before so no time to rebook someone else.
Secondly: didn’t have the flowers I picked so arrangement arrived different.
Thirdly: incorrect message so recipient didn’t know who it was from.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Where are my flowers!?! And more importantly, WHERE IS MY MONEY!? Scam artists at their core. No sign of any flowers purchased. No updates or response from them. This company is criminal. Avoid avoid AVOID. Problem is, they are so good at it that by the time frustrated and angry customers see this review, its far too late.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Petals are an Australian company advertising same day delivery in Queenstown area - following my order I got a call to say they would not be same day delivery and I said tomorrow morning is fine. They are still not delivered 2 and 1/2 days later and have been with courier nearly 48 hours. I have rung petals in Australia twice. All I got was there were no reported issues. They took no responsibility for follow up with florist or courier - I have now done that myself. Florist was lovely to deal with. Petals just clipping the ticket - order from florist directly is my advice. The bunch of flowers I can’t comment on and given 2 days with courier I’m not holding my breath.

Ordered same day delivery inline with the policy. I received a phone call and email advising delivery would now be the following day. Cancellation request was sent through, another message and call advising they can now deliver please confirm. I confirmed to procced with delivery as per first request. I was then advised they would be in a box not a vase as per order. Then at 1.40 I take another phone call letting me know the flowers didn't make delivery today as they didn't receive the confirmation.
Sorry Mum you didn't get your surprise flowers for your birthday!
