This company SHIPS FROM SINGAPORE!!! I don't want my pet care coming from Singapore!!! Beware!!

I'm a repeat customer for Heartguard for my 3 large dogs. The savings are significant and communications are excellent leading up to, during, and after shipment.

I've not ordered from this company as of yet, but want to know why a Veterinarian's prescription is not required for some flea and tick products. It is required in the U.S.

I was told the company was from Canada. I ordered some Bravecto. The receipt said Hong Kong China. Big Red Flag. I messaged them and they gave me my money back asap to my credit card. They told me it was a UK company doing business in Singapore. Do not do business if you want to lose your money. Sometimes the savings is to good to be true and what is actually in it that possibly could kill your fur baby. Better to pay more and feel safe. I will continue to get in from my vet in which is formulated in Austria and made in Japan and distributed by intervet, Madison NJ 07940 USA

We run a NonProfit Rescue, and to get the flea meds that we need would cost us thousands of dollars of vet visits just to get the flea meds prescribed. Not to mention their prices here are wonderful. We were able to treat all of our dogs, get rid of the flea issue in all of them, and save thousands thanks to this wonderful website.

The website does not tell you this but the company is located in the United Kingdom; product is shipped from Taiwan. Price is good however the product took almost a month for delivery and the product (chewable Simparica Trio for Dogs) was hard which my dog would not consume. I had to feed it to him like a pill.

Great prices, received my order in 15 days I will be using Petbucket again for Simperica TRIO.

もし、商品が不着した場合、こちらのサイトの対応は最悪です。連絡しても、メールが数日間返ってこない。しかも、返ってきたとしても、かなりおざなりなメールが返ってきます。表面上はきちんと対応してますよ的なメールですが、こちらの折り返しメールも確認せずに、こちらのサイトの一方的な言い分で返ってきます。たぶん、時間を伸ばして風化するのを狙ってるんじゃないかな。不着だった時点で一回返金対応して、また再購入の形を取ればなんの問題もないはずですが？なぜそれをしないのでしょうかね。理解に苦しみます。

Purchased 1 year Heartguard and 1 year Nexguard and received the order. A week later they charged me for a second year of each saying it was an auto renewal. They want me to return the product to Sigapore!
the second order expiration date is one year making a 2 year supply useless. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE IN THE US.

높은 환율때문에 제품가격도 많이 올랐지만 여전히 동물병원이나 동물약국에서 구입하는 것보단 싸게 살 수 있는 곳입니다.

I ordered Revolution 2.6-7.5 kg. I was looking to save money, this stuff is expensive from the vet. I got my package as promised with in 2 weeks. I have 2 cats one 5 yrs old one 15 yrs old. With the first dose I gave them I noticed they both had the same reaction, just a few times they acted like they were walking through a spiders web, also both cats slept for a couple of hours after the dose. I thought little of it, making no connection to the Revolution I had applied. I noticed their itching returned quickly. With the second dose they again went to sleep after the dose, I mention this because when treated with Revolution from my vet their reaction is different, they jump out of my arms and run around trying to escape whatever is on the backs of their necks. Also, with the second dose I noticed slight a tremor of the head in my cats, and the itching returned in days. Now I'm not a vet, but these reactions seem to me to be neurological in nature, and it scared me to death. I can't for absolute certainty say these reactions were from the medication I got from pet bucket, but because of them I am writing this review and I will not re-order.

I ordered flea tick heartworm... trio. Received authentic meds in original sealed package. We have 6 foster fails and 5 rescues. Yikes. Last rescue was a puppy in such bad shape vet wasn't sure he'd pull through. Flea and tick infested and too weak to get treated. Of course, within a week the rest of the gang were also infested. I decided to give Pet Bucket a try. Live on an island in the Caribbean. Online shopping can be a problem. Worried, I contacted Pet Bucket. I didn't ask to track the shipment :-( But Pet Bucket checked. Told me the package was at my post office. We checked. It was. Gave all 11 with no bad reactions. They loved the chews. I love Pet Bucket.
