I received a missing item

The pet bucket has been a godsend to me and I’m sure too many people all over the world. I will be buying all my pet products from them. The heartworm medication is a saving grace. I have two pups and it’s expensive to keep dogs or cats, but I can’t thank them enough for their kind words or help and I have Happy fleet pets and the protection from heartworm as well. I can’t live without them. That’s why I am on automatic delivery every three months you can’t go wrong with these people use them. You’ll never go away from them.

Great price on flea/ heartworm meds. I bought Simparica trio for 2 dogs and saved about $100 compared to my vet's pricing. It did take a while to receive (i think about 2-3 weeks), but I knew that in advance so I ordered early enough to receive it on time for their monthly application.

ネクスガードスペクトラを購入しようとしました。クレカ決済にしたところ引き落としに失敗したとでたので、カードが使える別のサイトで購入しました。当然失敗したので注文確認メールも来ませんでした。しかし約半月後支払いに決済失敗したはずの注文品（ネクスガード）が我が家に届きました。カードの明細を確認したところお金も知らぬ間に引き落としされてました。
クレームをいれるも、ログインしてアカウントを見れが注文が通ったと記録されている、注文確認メールはプロバイダが迷惑メール判定して勝手に削除したのではないか、と。確認したわけではないが、迷惑メールだろうと勝手に削除するようなことは流石にないとわかります。既に横暴ですが、返品送料は着払いでなく商品の5%までしか負担しない、と。こちらを信用してないので客の都合で返品扱いという対応です。うーん…やはり安い分サービスや過失対応はずさんです。

All their products are top notch, ship promptly and we have always been heartworm neg, and our canines have no parasites period. Highly recommended.

The ordering process is simple, pricing is great, and the follow-up personalized video was a lovely touch. My only negative comment is regarding how very long it takes to receive the order. I realize that your company is located overseas, but if anything can be done to speed up this process you should do it because people need their pet products/meds in a more timely manner.

An order (to be used during flea and tick season) was placed in March and arrived in October. US shoppers be aware that items ship from Hong Kong, so you are not going to see "Next Day" Amazon-like deliveries. It isn't clear why they don't have logistics in place for a US distribution center and avoid long shipping and customs delays. Great prices don't mean much if items don't ship in a timely manner.

I have been purchasing our dog’s flea & tick medicine from Pet Bucket on auto ship for a couple of years now. It always arrives on time and at a much lower price than elsewhere.

The delivery to Israel was surprisingly fast - 12 days to the post office at home!

I was leery about ordering from a country beyond North America -- afraid I'd lose my money and not get the product I needed. Finally my tight budget led me to try Pet Bucket, and I'm glad I did. My order of Nexgard was priced very reasonably, fulfilled properly and delivered quickly (considering the distance involved). I don't see an expiration date on the boxes, but I'll use the product up over the next six months anyway. I plan to use Pet Bucket again in the future.

I’ve been a customer of petbucket for a long time. I was afraid of ordering from them at first because I didn’t know if the products they used were legit. I found out recently they are in fact not legit. I ordered seresto collars from them. 3 months later my dog has fleas. The only resolution petbucket came up with is giving me a discount code of 50% of what I originally paid. This is absolutely outrageous. Not only do I have to buy different fleacare for my dogs, I have to now bomb house, and buy flea shampoo. 0/10 do not buy from this company!

I was very skeptical about this company based in Australia, shipping from Singapore, taking weeks to arrive. Reading the reviews here were a little doubtful. Decided to take a leap and ordered medication for my dog. Held me breath for a few weeks, the tracking number they send wasn't exactly super reassuring (left the warehouse in Singapore, en-route, arrived at destination country) but it was something. Lo and behold in less than 3 weeks the package arrives at my door step. The medicine had an expiration about 14 months from arrival so not bad. I just hope that it was temperature controlled along the way since the package did mention it should be kept under 30C (which unless it was lying in a hot warehouse I suspect should be okay, plus it's winter time so I did count on that also).
Will report back if I notice any issues with the effectiveness of the product but otherwise VERY happy with this so far.
