It would have been advisable for me to have CAREFULLY read the shipping info and checked out the company BEFORE ordering the product. Not that it would have changed the outcome because my product arrived within their time frame.

What I’ll say is that I got very concerned over the reviews here. And when I saw my package just sitting inna Singapore warehouse and it was being shipped through Sendia (bad reviews, slow service) I got more worried. Tried to cancel the order. Too late but the response was fast, polite and I was told I could refuse the package and a refund would be given. I was impressed with their attitude. And they started sending me updates on my package process apparently FROM THEIR OFFICE. Nothing to do with Sendia.

I could give a lot more detail but it such would basically be examples of me worrying about dealing with a Chinese company shipping with Sendia out of Singapore (because I didn’t read closely enough before ordering) and PetBucket customer service constantly sending me prompt, courteous, patient, reassuring emails.

The package arrived 11 business days(17 total days) after ordering. It was in a manila bubblewrap-lined envelope a huge step up from the gray, plastic e-Packet junk. The expiration dates sometime in 2024.

Could give 5 stars if the company went to the effort of stating clearly “Hey! See that FREE SHIPPING! Keep in mind the only way that is possible is to use a slower carrier. Things happen using this method. Could be customs. Could be your package just missed a plane and Sendia only ships when they have enough packages. Who knows why they do what they do in Singapore!?!? Just keep in mind that shipping is FREE! And also we WILL have your back so chill! If this doesn’t work for you go check the regular prices in your area again.’

I overreacted. And I think many of those people with the negative reviews overreacted. Myself, I’ll buy from them again and I have recommended my daughter buy from them. I think you should give them a try, too.

I did not receive my order for more than 2 months and the agent keep asking to wait untill you receive it. Worst Website ever.

I have been ordering from pet bucket for a couple of years. I found them by accident and decided to try them.
I hate when I read a review and its excellent rating and then order it's not at all what the review claimed.
They are very reasonable in price. I was impressed that after I ordered I received a video in my email thanking me for my order and hope to hear from me again.
I guess I would have to say you just have to give them a try. If I would tell you anything I would say yes give them a try. The service is excellent.

I have been dealing with this company since April 2022
trying to get a refund on a duplicate order, which I sent back and they sent it back to me again I sent it back.They keep saying their warehouse has not received the returned order and then asking me what the order # was. I am filing a BBB report and a Consumer Complaint but I needed their mailing address, when I ask for their corporate mailing address they said they would email it. sill no address.
It is just the principal of being taken advantage of

I ordered Heartgard for my dog . The customer service is outstanding. Even sent me a thank you video just after my purchase. It took about 2 weeks to get my order. And remember you don't need a prescription from the vet and the prices are really low. I'll shop there again next time.

SUPER disappointed in this company. Nothing noted on their site that Canadian customs would likely turn back the order once it hit customs. I waited weeks for item to delivery only to be told 4+ weeks later that it was "non mailable" and shipped back. Then on top of that because they charge in USD, I lost money in the refund transaction because the exchange rate moved. Waste of time, no product and I actually lost money in this transaction. I got ripped off. #nothappy

First time we buy anti pest tablets for our dog , online. The website is friendly and clear, it was easy to choose and order the exact product. The price is fair, the package arrived on time. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Today I discovered that I was sent (and probably charged for) a product from petbucket. It appears as if I had selected an auto purchase every 3 months. I most certainly DID NOT select such an option because the product is an expensive poison after all and I do not want to administer it as often as every 3 months. I most definitely remember being aware of the auto-renewal option and NOT choosing it on purpose. Yet, I just saw that in my account it appears I am subscribed for auto-renewal of the purchase every 3 months. I had to cancel a subscription I did not make. I also deleted my credit card information stored at petbucket. It is outrageously dishonest that, as it appears, petbucket used a dirty trick and charged my credit card for the product without my consent!

they are not a United States bussiness they are from Hong Kong and they represent they are in the United States. I am canceling my order and expect a full refund. They said order shipped with tracking number and can not find number on web site they said to look on.

You said that I would get a refund because the product did not do as told, To this day, I never got the refund, was that a lie to calm me down...

Sept 20, never got the refund, they always give me the refund ref no, that's all they do, they are not an honest company, do not buy from them

After using Heartgard from Petbucket, my dog got diagnosed with heartworms. I have read about unsafe conditions in which they store their products, so I don't know if that's the problem or if it's not a legit product. I am heartbroken.

I have had times that my order was late but customer service was emailing me promptly with every update.
I order five weeks early to ensure I have my supplies.
The products are fine and must go through customs to get here in NC
It's frustrating yes but there is nothing wrong with products. They have offered me a refund without me even suggesting it.
Instead they resent order and I got that one. Two weeks later got the first order and respectfully called them let them know and I returned it to petbucket
I will continue to order and I will recommend them again. Have recommended two people so far

Unfortunately I am not satisfied about the service. After the shipment limits is over - the customer service didn’t get me any real solution for resolving the problem with the local post. Finally, they also refused to get my money back. I am strongly disappointed for my lost time and money.

I've used PetBucket for 4 years for my 5 dogs. No issues. The meds are the same and much less expensive. Very responsive customer service too!

The only down side is that it takes a while to get them because of international shipping.

I have used them for years for Nexgard for my dogs. Great quality! I refer everyone to them. Of course it’s going to take awhile to get your order. It’s coming from overseas! And most of these people complaining ordered during a global pandemic that shut everything down. Use some common sense. I won’t go anywhere else for my animals flea meds!

I've gotten nothing but the run around for an order I placed on 12/18/20 that I never receive.
Then they gave me a wrong tracking number showing it was delivered, to Tennessee! I'm in Florida, promised me a refund 1/22/21 still waiting. Next step is filing a formal complaint with BBB and my bank.
STAY AWAY ..THEY ARE THIEVES.
