This is the worst service I've ever had in my whole life. I ordered flea medication for my dogs and cats September 15th and I'm still waiting for it. Through email they told me if I don't receive it by October 23rd to let them know. Never again!

I found one of the vials of Revolution was completely empty upon opening it to apply to one off my two dogs. First time this has happened in several years of shopping with Petbucket. Otherwise great service and good prices.

Claimed order was shipped. One month later it was not received, and company refuses to refund purchase.

Placed an order for NexGard with Spectra on 5/8/20. It shipped 5/11/20 and was received in GA on 5/15/20. I did pay the extra $5-6 for tracking, simply since this was being sent international and was almost a $200 purchase. Between speed of shipping and their price for annual supply being $40 less than anywhere else I could find online, I highly recommend this company!

I placed an order with pet bucket over 40 days ago and I still have not received my product. I have contacted them several times, and they keep telling me it’s on the way. Tomorrow I’m supposed to be able to request a refund. Let’s see how long it takes for them to get me my refund. I would never order from pet bucket again.

I have been using PetBucket for over four years and I wouldn't use any other. The first shipment was slow due to post office slowdown but my automatic deliveries come right on time, even early. And the money I save makes even a slow delivery okay. I would not b e able to afford these meds were it not for this company. My pets (3) thank you

Awesome customer service, selection, and prices.

Do not purchase through Petbucket.com they take extra money out of the account you charge with and then claim they have no idea what you're talking about. I physically see the unauthorized charge on my bank statement. Also I never even received the product after a month I demanded a full refund and of course they won't return the extra money they charged 4/16/19 after the authorized flea treatment charge. My bank is filling a fraudulent charge! Buy products for your pets at your local vet offices to avoid the extra bs by only spending a few bucks more.

Free and "fast" shipping my butt. 14 days after I ordered Nexgard for my dog, the Post Office still doesn't have my order. Ridiculous.

I would like to express my thanks to Pet Bucket for providing such great values on needed products. We have a growing Cattery with a large Great Pyrenees for herding our sheep, ducks and yes, our cats! And she brings in fleas to our long hair Persians!. I recently got advice from another Cattery that the Pet Shed had better prices and upon checking it out found that with your free shipping you beat even them!  I was so glad!  Thank you again!

This service is just great! I never have to think about when to give our dog her meds. They come right to our door at the right time to give them to her. Makes my life a little easier!

A really good price and overall customer service for top quality products. I bought Frontline Plus and so far I’ve seen no bad side effects and I used the product on both my dogs, one is 12 months other is 9. Much better than the Raid Exterminators I was using before which did nothing and my dog still got fleas.

Excellent communication and products. Nothing expired or fake. Best prices anywhere on the internet for genuine quality products. Much cheaper than your local veterinarian.

I guess I'll be the first to comment on this. I have ordered a product from this place now two times.
Revolution Brown Dogs 10-20lbs (5-10kg) - 6 Pack @ $60.95. This is a good price considering where I"m from its around $20 a tube. So it does save me some money. The product also seems to work really well. The only complaint I have is that when you order it from the United States it takes forever to receive it because it is all the way in the United Kingdom. It gets shipped out in about 3 business day's but, its been two weeks and I still haven't received it. It could take up to 4 weeks (20 business days). So, in a nutshell, order a month in advance and you'll be fine! ;)
