Yes, they get their supplies from other countries but, if I'm not mistaken, there are cats and dogs in other countries, too, yes? That's how they keep our prices low. It's called "comparison shopping" and they search for the lowest prices on products to pass on to us. Sometimes that takes a little longer, but the products are packaged correctly and the medications work exactly as they should. There will always be someone who wants to be ugly, but if you give these folks a chance, you won't be disappointed. <3 <3

This is a great company to do business with!!! We were buying Bravecto from our local vet and had to make an office appointment to get the product, which meant we had to pay $75 for the office visit on top of paying for the medicine!!
