Engaged for a Level 2 Survey - really quick responses, managed to find us an earlier slot given pressures on timelines to complete too. Easy to read & understand the survey itself, didn’t need a follow up with the surveyor although this was offered. Overall, really great experience.

They provided a very thorough RICS Level 2 survey for our daughter's first apartment in SW6. A great outcome with this company and would highly recommend and use them again!

Party Wall Agreement
Our party wall agreement with our neighbours was drawn up by Cameron who was responsive and clearly explained the process. Found him to be thorough and reassuring and will be using PBS in the future. We are returning customers as it is.

Excellent and thorough service
I used Peter Barry for a Level 2 survey and valuation on a flat in East London and the experience was first class. Joanne Bartlett was very responsive throughout the booking and follow-up, and David Breeze AssocRICS carried out a careful and detailed inspection. The report was clear, balanced and practical, with sensible recommendations and an independent valuation that gave me real confidence to proceed. Communication was warm and professional from start to finish. Would recommend without hesitation, and I will be back in touch for future valuations.

Ask me again in 10 or 15 years
Ask me again in 10 or 15 years, when I'll truly know whether the survey they did upon the house that I am hoping to buy was accurate or not. It's far too early to judge them on the accuracy of their work, but definitely worth more than four and a half stars in terms of being easy, polite and professional to deal with.
