Very efficient and supportive estate agents!

Peter Martin were brilliant in getting my parents a flat. Jay was first class. He was very helpful, friendly and efficient in helping my parents. I could always get hold of him when needed.
Would definitely recommend 👍

I moved from Cornwall to London last summer with my girlfriend, and Peter Martin (Letting Agency) helped make the process super smooth. Jay arranged a last minute viewing for the flat we ended up going with and even coordinated with the tenants and landlord to adjust move in dates for us. They were responsive, professional, and made the process easy. Highly recommend!

Very helpful with my move and renewal of contract with my landlord.

My experience with Peter Martin Estate Agents has consistently been very positive. They demonstrate excellent customer service and are professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them.

Super helpful and easy process in renting our flat. Documents were amended quickly after our negotiation. Turn around and close were simple, no complaints at all.

We’ve had a great experience with Peter Martin Letting Agents throughout our tenancy. The whole team has been consistently accommodating, professional, and helpful whenever we’ve needed support. A special mention to Jay, who has been absolutely excellent and a real pleasure to deal with — responsive, friendly, and genuinely supportive. Highly recommended.

my flat was insepcted by PeterMartin (Jay), advertised, viewed by around 10 interested tenants, was the subject of 4 offers, and let to one of the offerors, all within a week, give or take! Couldn't be better.

I was really impressed with the level of service from Peter Martin. They made the whole experience simple and stress-free, offering tailored advice that actually made sense for my situation overseas. Communication was quick, friendly and transparent. If you're looking for a trustworthy UK estate and lettings agency, this one is a gem.

Even from Australia, working with Peter Martin was a breeze. Their 20+ years of experience really shows — they know the market inside out and gave me great guidance throughout the process. Everything felt personalised and professional, and I always felt like my needs were genuinely listened to. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

After two bad experiences I was very worried about not being able to find an accommodation for my son. Luckily I contacted Peter Martin Estate Agents and they quite soon found the right location. Really grateful for that. Extremely precise to ask for guarantee, but on the other hand we received a really beautiful, clean and warm house. This makes the different. I hope to come in touch with them again in the future.

We are two Italian mothers who were looking for an apartment in London for a year for university students. After various difficulties, we were lucky to meet Jay and his team, who quickly understood our needs and were able to find the right flat for us — both in terms of location and within our budget. If we have to use just one word to describe Jay and his staff, it would be “real professionals"

Great contact with Jay for our new rental in London. Jay knew the neighborhood and the property well and was good advice.

Great people, great service, great agency!

I can definitely recommend this letting agency. We’ve been tenants for over three years and it’s been a great experience throughout. What stood out most was how smooth, efficient, and stress-free the whole rental process has been, from the very first viewing with Jay to subsequent renewals. We really appreciate the effort and professionalism of the entire team at Peter Martin.

Peter Martin and co were very proficient and dealt with the letting very professionally.
Jay Hayden kept me fully advised of all of the progress through to completion.
I will use Peter Martin and co in the future.

good communication and very friendly service. always reachable and trying to get issues out the way fast. going the extra mile! thanks!

The company is very professional and the service they have provided to me over the years has always been excellent.

A great estate agent - they communicated clearly from start to finish and are quick to address any small problems that crop up with the property. The human element is clear here, not only in the way they email and speak on the phone, but also through small gestures like calling the first week after I had moved into the property to check everything was okay and that I was settling in. As a tenant, I feel safe and looked after with Jay and the team. Would recommend!
