PeterMartinLondon Avis

Always helpful and quick with their advise. I’ve known Jay for 10 years and he has always been great specially as I now live overseas so navigating calls, getting thing organised etc - he makes it fuss free!

I have used Peter Martin for the last three years and have used Jay Hayden for more years than I care to admit.
Jay takes the pain out of letting. He is excellent at his job and provides a professional and highly efficient service. Calls are returned promptly, nothing is a problem, any enquires for tradesman are provided without hesitation. Tenants are in and out seamlessly.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Peter Martin and Jay Hayden.

Over a long period of many years I have found the company,Jay in particular, to be totally professional, efficient, pro-active & caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have had the pleasure since 2002 of using Peter Martin and Jay Hayden to find tenants for my properties. For the previous two years they have also managed my properties. They are efficient, friendly and effective. I can recommend them unreservedly.

I have known both Peter and Jay for so many years as first class letting agents who always manage to find me good tenants. Both Peter and Jay are professionals who really understand the Lettings market so well and can be relied upon to always give the best advice to Landlords in good times and lean times.
Can’t praise them enough for their excellent services.

Jay was an absolute star throughout!
He is one of the only honest and genuine agents I have across in London, and helped us loads with finding the perfect flat in our desired location, and getting everything sorted out with the contract. It was a very smooth process through and through and I would recommend going through Jay to anyone looking to rent in London!

Jay has been an absolute star to deal with. He is honest and trustworthy and I value his advice

Great service, always so helpful and friendly and very successful at finding good tenants.

We have been using Peter and Jay to let our properties and they always provide us with an excellent level of service. We are thoroughly pleased with how they communicate and interact with all parties and provide a high degree of transparency.

An excellent experience!- Thank you team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Peter Martin for my property needs, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident.

All round great service. Friendly, polite, excellent stock.

Having dealth with over 10 estate agents in the past 14 yrs, Peter Martins have been the best North London has seen.
Super efficient, professional and sincere.

Great service.

Everything went very smoothly with this agency – from our initial viewing to our move-in date. We received prompt replies to all questions, and were kept informed each step of the way until we received our keys. Thanks to everyone at PerterMartinLondon. Highly recommended!

Generally helpful but very small office and therefore unable to let in trades people when needed. Polite and quick to respond in most instances.

I recently signed up with Peter Martin to let out my property, and while the process wasn't ultimately successful, I was very impressed by the team's professionalism and dedication. The staff were always accommodating and responsive, ensuring that I felt well-informed at every stage. A special mention goes to Peter Martin himself, who was incredibly honest and provided excellent advice throughout the process. His insights were invaluable, and I really appreciated the transparency and integrity he brought to the table. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency.

Peter Martin London is the most professional, well organised and caring of letting agents that I had the pleasure of renting from. Any issue or concern and their customer service was efficient, timely and polite. This style of communication fostered in me the inclination to reciprocate, in any and all circumstance. I could not be happier with my choice to be a tenant of Peter Martin.

Let my property with Peter Martin London - dealt with Jay Hayden. A lot of agents can talk the talk but not deliver but Jay did everything he said he would and beyond!

Found me a great tenant. Achieved a price over my expectations and the process was simple & efficient.

Thanks!

PeterMartin Lettings provided us great service through our rental journey.

At the beginning, we were concerned due to poor TrustPilot reviews, but they proved all wrong. This was our first rent in the UK and it went all smooth.

Jay Hayden was very responsive and helpful. Previous tenant didn't left the property in good condition, but Jay and team put an effort to make it back to great condition. Completed all the paint work and professional cleaning on a tight schedule. Definitely happy with the service, appreciate it!
