The product (catcalm beads) seems to work some, but our biggest complaint is that it’s so expensive, takes forever to ship from China (why can’t they have a warehouse here in the USA and ship from that?) and the 6 jars we ordered lasted about 17 days. To spend $119 every 17 days is absurd! But we were gluttons for punishment and ordered a second time because they did seem to work. We won’t order a third time for sure! $119 is not worth the headache.

I placed an order. Their website is very deceptive. I accidentally hit a button but was not allowed to remove it. I am going to dispute with my credit card company.
Now I have accidentally ordered way too much and could not remove. Horrible experience. As for receiving a call from them I imagine it will never happpen.

The company promises 3-8 day shipping; the company profile shows them based in Delaware. Or maybe Germany. I ordered 2 weeks ago and have not yet received my order. Tracking shows that it was shipped from China (???) and that it arrived in the US three days ago.
I have no idea whether the product works or not - reviews are mixed. However this feels like the scams that we're instructed to look out for. My expectations are sinking rapidly and I have low expectations about getting my money back. Based on recent experience, (pet food, mostly) I'm skeptical about using products from China at all.

The order took a full month to get here and when I finally wrote to ask why it was taking so long they replied they were out of stock. This should have been made clear when I ordered. Then, after waiting so long to get the product, it came very poorly packed in a thin bag and one of the bottles had leaked out all through the contents.

Initially I tried the plug-in version of their pheromones but they didn't work. Several months later (not even realizing it was the same company) I ordered the BEAD form of their pheromones (specifically Cat Calm Family) and to my surprise, they worked within days! We had one spot on the counter that cats would always fight if they ran into each other in that spot, we had 3 cats who spent years swatting each other every time they passed each other and we had one cat who just randomly liked to "have a go" at 1-2 of our other cats. Within 2-3 days it all stopped! The 3 cats who used to swat each other began butting heads and grooming each other, the one cat who liked to have a go at the other hasn't done it in weeks and cats have been passing each other without aggression in that spot on the countertop! I know a lot of other folks had a bad experience with this company but I am personally very pleased. It seems people only come to this site to leave negative experiences so I figured I'd put my 2 cents in.

I have not got my food odered after 3 weeks!

FeroCat diffusers simply don’t work. The liquid level doesn’t go down at all. Utterly useless. Use Feliway instead.

I placed an order on October 9, 2025 for their pheromone product. The cost was $119.00
For six vials. Their response was almost immediate and they said that I will receive my order within four days and the shipping was free. They charged above amount to my credit card.

I have to tell you this is one of the most slick advertising campaigns that I’ve ever witnessed. They have just volumes of video information about their product and many viewers who raved about their product. I figured it would be a simple transaction. Actually it couldn’t have been further from the truth. For one thing, I assumed that this was coming from somewhere in the United States since they stated that I would receive the order within four days, but alas that was not the case.

I then spent the next month trying to find out when I would receive my order. I sent them two emails that they never responded to me. I only received one email and that was at the very beginning of the transaction. I never heard from them again.
I later found out that there was a lot of complaints about this company.
In the original email, they did give information that the order was coming from China and when I went to check on the tracking number, it had the order going all over China to several destinations then, finally it was flying to America. Somehow it went through customs before it landed in the United States. I didn’t realize that they had customs on airplanes. Then they said it was currently at JFK airport.

After five weeks I still had not received my order. I called up my credit card company. At first, they were not very much help so I called them back again two weeks later as to their suggestion and then they said they would refund me my money and also that they were pretty sure that this company was a scammer.

I have to tell you, though that the advertisement was top notch, and I can see where people could fall for it. I found the advertisement on Facebook.
Now I see advertisements all the time on Facebook where I think it might be a nice product, but I can’t take the chance anymore so I’m hoping Trustpilot can help me out, so that I don’t make the same mistake again.

Beware this company is not to be trusted there policy is if your not happy there is a no quibble return if you are not happy with the product I have been using there Cat Calm diffusers for over 5 weeks and my cats are still constantly fighting I reach out to PetLifeBio and explained that the product was not working and I received an email from a Alex explained to move around the diffusers and check various things which I did but no change and I have reach out to Alex in many email and was advised to return the items purchased which cost me over £100 and I was expected to pay the return shipping costs to the USA which explained I was not happy about that and he said when we receive them we will the check them and may refund them and I have sent various more emails and Alex has been very unreasonable and sarcastic so I feel PetLifeBio is a company not to be trusted and I feel like I have been scammed by then

I ordered one CatCalm diffuser and spray. Very expensive at £50. Put simply, I received the products which took a couple of weeks to arrive but they don’t work. This company offers a money back guarantee if the product doesn’t work but you’ll never get your money back. It’s impossible to find out how to do this. Ultimately I think it’s a scam and I’m glad I only ordered the smallest possible bundle so I’d didn’t waste more money.

Don’t confuse this website with petlife.com. Pet life bio sells cat calming essence diffusers. I’m still not sure if it works. However, my main issue is that I ordered CatCalm but I received FeroCat. I’m still waiting for a response from them, however, other reviews I’ve seen say that the company claims that this is the same product, but they sent it in the older box. What that really means to me, is they just sent you an older product that they were trying to get off the shelf. That scenario is far more likely. I may update my experience once I get this resolved. But, so far I’m not liking their business practices.
