The order process was easy. My delivery did not arrive for one week, suspect this was An Post delivery system. Packaging and contents were good.

EXTREMELY Poor customer service
I had an appointment for today 15 July 26 at 4 30pm. This was then cancelled on me. The excuae was that they had tried to phone me but got no reply. I had one missed call from them yesterday but I then tried contacting them later. They must have been closed and there was no facility to leave a message. I am disgusted with this place. I made the appointment on 8 July and was not told that this was an "unconfirmed" appointment. No customer service or concern for pets shown in my dealings with them.

Can't ask for more - great personal service
Item arrived damaged but within 24 hours of pointing this out a suitable replacement had arrived, hand-written note added and some lovely unexpected treats. Can't ask for more. Well done Becca for turning an issue into a great example of how companies succeed!

Ordered food for my dog which arrived…
Ordered Core dog food for our French bulldog as it’s the best dry food for his stomach. It arrived within a couple of days. I always order from Petmania and very happy with the service.

Out of date cat food
I ordered 2 boxes of expensive cat food for an elderly cat. One of the boxes was out of date by 2 months. The other is going out of date this month so is barely in date. It took 2 emails to customer service to get a replacement. The rep who eventually got back to me was helpful and apologetic but it's not good enough, especially when it's food specifically for older cats who likely already have health issues.
