Petpals UK Limited Avis 

We used PetPals Darlington for the first time this weekend whilst we went away. My two boys had the best time and we completely relaxed whilst being away, which I always find hard being away from the dogs. So a huge thank you to Anne - and hopefully they can come and stay again soon!

Amazing service from start to finish. George came to meet our cats prior to our trip away and to go through the paperwork. We had many reports and photos of them whilst we were away. A detailed report of their daily activities awaited us on return. So glad we found such a dedicated team of animal lovers who put our minds at rest

My cat and I have been clients for about 6 years, and Petpals service is always fantastic - available and responding quickly, great care, everything you’re expecting for a pet sitter really. Chrissy and Mike are super friendly and will hopefully continue to rely on them for a long time!

Mazel Tov has been going 'school' with Paul since we moved to Headley 4 years ago. We completely trust Paul and his knowledge & care, which is incredibly important as Maz is a precious member of our family. Maz plays in the fields & has a great time with the other dogs, particularly Jack, the border collie, who is her best friend.

We have been using Petpals Wokingham since he arrival of our energetic cavapoo, Bingley. Peter and his team offer a highly professional, friendly service and in a difficult year have risen to the challenges brought by Covid 19, maintaining the same quality service throughout.
What we particularly like is that Bingley is walked with a small group of dogs and we also have peace of mind knowing he is safe and enjoying the company of his doggie pals!
Walking with Rachel is the highlight of his week and he always returns happy and exhausted.

I’ve used Petpals for a few years and wouldn’t use any other Company. They are very professional and brilliant with my dog (who incidentally isn’t an easy dog). Unfortunately due to lockdown I have been working from home but as soon as normality returns I will be using them again. Would highly recommend Petpals.

My little furry Freddie has found a luxurious 5 star hotel with Jo. He was so well looked after and with regular photos and texts I felt totally at ease leaving him. Thanks for the great care! 😊

Jo was recommended to me by a friend. She was friendly from the off and I appreciated the home visit before we went away so she could meet the boys and we could go through things.

Jo went above expectation, sending photos, videos and updates on each day she visited and I felt at ease that my boys were being looked after well whilst I was away. I will definitely be using her again.

**Petpals Salisbury** : top class communication throughout. The house visit in advance was appreciated so I could see that Milo was welcoming towards Gillian (he is shy), and I had a good sense that she cared about my pet and I was leaving him in very good care. So reassuring to receive daily updates, pictures and a little video, and the log book was good to look back on. We had recently moved house so this minimised any further disruption whilst he was settling into his new home. Gillian also fed my tropical fish which was appreciated too. Very good value for money. Will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend to my friends and family.

PetPals of Salisbury agreed to look after my Royal Python whilst my wife and i were on holiday for two weeks.

It is appreciated that snakes are not 'usual' pets and do require specialist care, particularly with regards to maintaining their habitat.

Jo and her Mum visited before we went and were initiated into reptile care. They did a great job while we were away, kept a visiting record and sent me regular SMS updates on progress. I am very happy with the service I recieved and would recommend PetPals Salisbury for care of more exotic pets.

Friendly & professional service by Jo (& her mum). You can see they care about your animals. Jo was great at keeping in touch as well as sending lovely pics of all my furries. Other extras like feeding birds, watering plants were also done. A great service which I will use again.

Very impressed with service from Petpals that we have used now on a number of occasions. The owner is very friendly and relatable and makes you feel very comfortable to work with them. They have provided an excellent service each time, and provide a really personalised service that makes you feel they care about, and take the time to get to know your pets. Really pleased with the value as well compared with other quotes we have looked into. Our pets were much happier this way than going into a cattery. The little touches, such as the notes left after each visit were a great comfort, knowing that the pets had been well looked after.

We have used Petpals Mansfield for about 4 years and they have been perfect for our needs.

Mike and Sonya and the team are so accommodating and have never let us down once. Our dog Edith goes for mid-day walks twice a week and she loves Karen her walker. There have been plenty of times when we’ve needed extra walks at really short notice and they have always been there for us.

We also use them for boarding for all our holidays and can go away safe in the knowledge that Edith is well looked after and happy.

We love that they post videos and photos of the walks and it’s great to see the dogs enjoying the fresh, air playing and getting brilliant exercise.

We can’t wait for them to be able to resume business and for Edith to see her friends!

Friendly and experienced. Petpals came and walked my puppy. Emma was understanding and I knew my pup was in good hands!

Totally reliable care for my elderly cat from Petpals,Grantham. They have looked after him for many years when I am away and I guess he is a Regular and held in affection by all the staff. A note from me is all that is needed to ensure his foibles are catered for. They are also happy to water pots and put bins out. I feel totally secure in the knowledge that Petpals are taking care of Ernie.

My dog Pepper has been walked by Petpals Mansfield for a few years now. They have a wonderful relationship with her and are lovely people. They demonstrate professionalism in their approach so that I have weekly contact with booking etc and everything has been brilliant. Whilst Covid-19 has been here Pepper is really missing her time with her friends and lovely walker. looking forward to having them back after all this.

We have used Petpals since we moved to Grantham in 2011 to walk our Black Labrador. They have been very efficient and well organised and have never let us down. It is thoroughly reassuring to know your dog is being well looked after while at work. Petpals have been walking my dog Charlie, for nearly two years. I cannot express my gratefulness and happiness with using Petpals enough. They have been so flexible with my changing shift pattern, Charlie loves other dogs so being able to walk with other dogs means that I feel less guilty when he at home. The dog walkers are all friendly, approachable and treat Charlie as if they were their own. The staff are so reliable and I like how they leave a slip on my table so I know that he has been walked.
I cannot recommend them enough, thank you to each and everyone of you for all that you do. I do not hesitate to recommend this service, one which I will continue to use as it is money well spent! xxx

What a wonderful team Petpals Mansfield are! Our 2 dogs Kai and Lady very much enjoy being walked by them and are always happy and tried when we get home from work. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and we feel safe knowing our pets and our home are being well cared for. Thank you Petpals!
