I use Pet Pals (Jean) every time I go away. She is reliable,lovely and looks after my cat so well.
She always sends regular updates that he is OK which is reassuring.

Our dog (Markham, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) has been looked after by PetPals (Alfreton) over the last year on and off, mainly walks but some boarding over Friday and weekend evenings when we couldn't take him with us.

Throughout he's received excellent care, coming back to us with tail wagging and usually with photos of the fun he's had while with them.

An amazing trust worthy company, I wouldn’t have anyone else walk our dog but petpals.

Always available when you need them and all the walkers are such lovely people.

Jean is an accommodating, good humored, ultra professional dog cater who always puts the dogs first.
We couldn’t be without her.

I couldn't ask for a better service. Our dog has been going to Jean's since she was just a puppy and 2.5 years later we still use her regularly for morning walks, all day boarding and over nights.

She couldn't make it any easier for us. Jean does pick ups and drop offs so it doesn't matter if were not in.

It's such a great place for the dogs to socialise and knowing our dog is so comfortable and happy there means there is no worry at all!

10 outa 10 and would always recommend to people in the area looking for a dog walker.

Ella our 16 month old cockador just spent 2 weeks with Jean. We saw pictures and videos throughout her staying showing her having a great time and obviously very happy. Would certainly recommend Petpals.

Paddington absolutely loves going to pet pals he is incredibly well looked after and it’s so clear he has the best time! He is so keen to go when he is picked up! Considering he doesn’t like going places without me this is incredibly high praise from him!

I only found Pet Pals about 8 months ago when our cat sitter could no longer visit my area.
Pet Pals is brilliant, my two cats Albi & Charlie are fussed and well looked after every time we go away which is quite a bit.
We get a report with every visit with pictures and a write up.

Our boy loves going out on his group walks with the Matlock Belper PetPals and we love seeing the photos after each walk of him playing with his furry friends. The team treat him like one of their own and he loves being with them. Thank you for looking after him so well.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else other than Fiona, David and Jay at PetPals Amber Valley. Baxter has been with them since 10 weeks old, puppy visits. pack walks and boarding. He loves his walks with his friends, and settles at home with them for his ‘holidays’ ( even if he is a diva )

I have known Paul for several years. First when he came in to feed my elderly cat Frances and now for my new cat Noire. He is very reliable and flexible - due to present circumstances, I have changed or made new bookings at very short notice far too many times but he has always delivered. As well as looking after the cats, he looks after the house - watering inside and outside plants and even cleaning the fridge when a can of drink exploded! In short, I feel that I can relax when I'm away and would recommend him entirely.

I’ve had some cracking care for my dog from Mark & Lucy in Norwich, & I honestly can’t fault their service: they’re friendly, reliable & always so flexible with my ever-changing work schedule. My dog clearly adores them both too, & that’s such a comfort. To see him heading out without so much as a backward glance is always great to see, & I know I made the right choice choosing Petpals over the numerous competitors there are here. We left our 3 dogs and cat in the care of Antonio who did house sitting care for us and she was absolutely amazing,our beloved pets where happy and safe all at home with antonia and she went out of her way to send us beautiful photos of them all every single day without fail,I will definitely look to this service again and particularly Antonio as I cant recommend enough 5 star+ in my eyes
