Petpals UK Limited Avis 

My two indoor cats Toad and Swampy have been getting visits from Petpals for over the past year now - the ladies on the cat team are absolutely fabulous! I know that my two pals are well looked after, and given tonnes of attention and fuss. I can trust that some lovely photos will arrive in the service report, and an update on how they're getting on that definitely makes you relax a little as a pet owner. Clare from Fleet Petpals was fantastic and I left my two cats in her safe hands with peace of mind in May. Everything was seamless from initial contact, home consultation, the actual cat sitting and the invoicing and payment. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much Clare!

We have used PetPals Bournemouth & Poole since 2004. Angie & Tony took it over a few years later and it has gone from strength to strength. We completely trust them to look after our cats and we always know they are safe hands while we are away. They provide regular photos and updates via WhatsApp to put minds at ease. They go above and beyond standard cat sitting duties, putting our milk in the fridge, bringing in parcels etc..

Jo of Petpals Salisbury was brilliant. She came out to meet us and our cat before looking after him. Gave us updates, and photos, so that we knew he was okay. Jo seemed genuinely happy to not only fed but play with our cat when she came in. She was also very professional, making sure that she knew where food, litter, cat carrier etc was, as well as the name of the vet. I would be more than happy to use Jo again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I highly recommend Petpals Wokingham @ Sandhurst . Peter and his team are welcoming, trustworthy and professional. I recently adopted my resue and l needed doggy day care, l felt rest assured that my boy was taken care of, l recieved daily updates and pics and lovely feedback on my delightful boy.

Petpals Cardiff's Maxine Neal has now helped me in 3 emergencies; going the saddest extra miles of my life... This time, Maxine arrived early; this morning; to help transport my beloved Rottweiler to the vet... Together, we lifted him into Maxine's van and Maxine deserves an award for that fact, alone... Though it was possibly on the cards; it certainly wasn't planned - for him to end his life, today. Maxine came from Cardiff; a long, long way; for a journey few others would have contemplated... at the start of their weekend off... Maxine is a star. She helped - immeasurably - to make my dog's last two hours the best I could have hoped for, in his medical circumstances. Thank you so much, Maxine, for putting my unbelievably sweet dog - first - as, in fact; you have done, twice before. Both you and he are unforgettable.

Jo and George at Petpals Salisbury are amazing. They are trustworthy and look after each of my dogs individual needs. Really happy to have found them and will absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Cannot praise Petpals highly enough!!! Always helpful and take such good care of our cat when we are away. Lots of photos to reassure us all is well and our cat loves the attention she gets at every visit! Perfect!!

Best dog walking company by far. Only ever trust Karen with my cockapoo Freddie. Very kind and caring and always ready for lots of hugs. Also extremely flexible.

We haven’t used a pet sitting service before, we came across Petpals who can look after our cats whilst we are away on holiday. It all seemed pretty much self explanatory, you register your interest in booking services, you wait for it to be approved and then get issued with the invoice and accept whether you’d like to book. So we booked their services well in advance around 20th July for 2 weeks, 2 visits a day and stated how many animals it was in our notes, we got a confirmation that it was all good to go and to arrange a time for a face to face meet to meet the animals too. This was arranged for 26th of August and we go away on the 3rd of September - we had a call that day in the morning to find out that our services will be cancelled due to not able to look after 2 kittens as young as 6 months! Total of 2 cats and 2 kittens. The length of time this has taken for them to realise this and the unprofessionalism have let us down massively! Our animals have always been a priority and for us to feel that we have been left in the lurch to find someone to come and look after our pets at such a short time has made us worry so much. We were promised that they were going to help rectify the issue by finding someone else or another company to help with pet sitting but we have not heard anything back at all, it has taken us numerous times to call the office to speak with the manager and not managed to get through but was happy to email us instead. We felt that PetPals have been a massive let down despite the lack of communication, not paying attention to what we wanted and cancelling the services at such a short time. I will definitely not be recommending this company and will be making further complaints.

It was so reassuring to receive daily updates and photos of our two cats. No worries at all, and Jo even had time to water the plants. We would definitely ask Jo to look after our cats in the future.

Brilliant service from Petpals coming to our house to look after our tortoise whilst we were away. Not only fed our pet but also brought the bins up and watered some of our houseplants - it’s the extra touches that would warrant 6 stars if that were an option! Fantastic

Jo (and previously George) have looked after our cat Freddie brilliantly - she had lots of attention when Petpals visited and I was kept informed regularly of her comings and goings and general welfare.

I’ve been with petpals since a house move in 2018. Petpals are amazing - so helpful, even at short notice which sometimes happens (😬), and really good with my dogs. Podsie loves his pack walk and gets very excited as soon as he hears their vehicle😂
I use day care as well as walks and never an issue or concern. Thank you so much Dave, Fiona and team.
