Jenni & the team are incredible! They put in so much time and effort all whilst being empathetic and understanding at such a difficult time. They helped us rehome our two pups to the best homes for each of them and they were perfectly aligned to what they needed individually. Both are thriving in their new homes and i'm still in contact with both new pup parents. Would highly recommend Pet Rehomer to anyone who wants to rehome their well loved pets from home to home rather than through kennels/catteries etc. The process is seamless and you're supported from start to finish! Thank you, I don't know what we would've done without your help!

Brilliant service. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and professional, they moved quickly and gave great advice when I had a few doubts. My new cat is settling into her home brilliantly.

Really supportive people involved throughout. Excellent communication before, during and after the adoption of the dogs. Clear guidance throughout the process and supporting documents. Free 4 weeks insurance while the dogs settle is an excellent support. Would highly recommend PetRehomer

Pet rehomer have been amazing with our process of adopting a cat. Each step of the process was fully explained and supported by the admin team - Jenny was amazing and was quick to answer any concerns. Thank you so much 🐈

Absolutely fabulous charity that helped us navigate a difficult situation with having to rehome our beautiful dog. Supportive and understanding from first contact and available all the way through the process. He now has a loving new family and is settled and happy, using this charity gave us the peace of mind that we made the right decision for him and us. 100% recommend for rehoming and adoption x

Was a smooth and reasonable process start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was great.

We had a fantastic experience adopting our dog through PetRehomer. The whole process was really supportive from start to finish. There was a bit of an initial wait, but once things got moving, everything progressed quickly and smoothly.

We were able to communicate directly with the previous owner, exchange information, and make sure it was a good match before going ahead. The virtual home visit was simple and straightforward too.

Overall, a great experience. We'd recommend PetRehomer to anyone looking to adopt.

We've just adopted a cat through Pet Rehomer, fantastic home to home adoption process, very thorough and good support provided at every step by the adoption coordinator. We got put in contact with the owner within the process which was really helpful. We are now the proud owners of Squidge and would recommend Pet Rehomer to anyone looking to adopt

I had an amazing experience adopting through PetRehomer. Every step of the way was made as easy as possible, with support being available whenever needed. The Team’s response time was impeccable, I couldn’t have asked for a better adoption process. Thank You!!

I was very impressed with this company. They found the perfect family for our beautiful german shepherd luna, a home where she will live her fullest, most happiest life. I trust in my heart. These are the right people for luna.Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, we couldn't keep her the day We let her go, broke my heart, but at the same time, I knew that she would be going to the right place with the right family, and that is THANKS to petrehomers.

We just adopted a cat through PetRehomer. We were able to talk to the original owner before deciding. And the experienced and knowledgeable coordinator from PetRehomer were available to chat throughout the re-homing process. Now we are proud parents of a very sweet cat.

Petrehomer helped us complete our family and find Cookie… they were super helpful and really thorough which made the whole process much easier. If you’re looking for a pet I would definitely recommend.

We came across this amazing charity by chance and how lucky we were. We were looking for the missing piece of our family puzzle and as a result have welcome Charlie, the gorgeous labradoodle, into our home.

The process and people involved were kind, thoughtful and sensible, with lots of sensitivity and we couldn’t recommend them more.

PetRehomer were very helpful with us adopting our first dog, they were thorough! Marley’s family were very friendly and helpful also during the experience and we have made friends for life with them. This definitely helped the adoption process too and it definitely shows in Marley’s personality that he came from such a lovely family! Thank you PetRehomer! :)

The whole process was so easy... great, friendly staff and we ended up with a sweetest new family member ❤️

Very easy to use and informative. Made a very difficult decision a bit easier, and helped to ease our minds that we were doing the right thing. Would recommend to anyone thinking of rehoming.

PetRehomer was brilliant from start to finish. When our much loved elderly Bengal died and we wanted to adopt an adult Bengal in need of a home, our starting point was the Bengal Cat Club Welfare and Rehoming section which uses PetRehomer.
Jenni and team at PetRehomer were very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. They have a system in place designed to find the best match between cat and adopters. They looked at our experience with the breed, the type of home and settling we could offer and the particular cat's needs. The system certainly worked for us, as we now have the adorable 7 year old Pepe ruling our house and garden and exploring the fields behind. During the process, we felt that Jenni at PetRehomer, the previous owner and ourselves worked together as friends with a common goal.
I can thoroughly recommend Jenni and team. They were there with us throughout the process and for as long as we needed, with their advice, help and skill. Thank you so much xx

I’m so happy I found pet rehomer, the team are so kind and made a very emotional time feel that little bit easier. They guided us and the adopters through the process and offered brilliant advice at every stage. Thank you for everything x

Fantastic company helped us rehome aour dad’s dog. Great communication and everything was done in a very respectful way from video calls to meetings with new owners to be. Very happy with the outcome. Thank you for the excellent service.

I have used Pet Rehomer on two separate occasions to home two different cats, and both times it has been such a smooth and easy process! They really put so much effort into making it as easy as possible, and I would recommend this to anyone who is in a hard situation and they want to find a good home for their pet! The volunteers who keep this company going are absolutely amazing and they really think of every little detail!!!! Could of not done it without you guys thank you so much
