I adopted my dog through PetRehomer a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier.
She is the most wonderful dog, and the process with PetRehomer was excellent.
They answered all my questions and helped with every step. And they do all the necessary checks on both sides to ensure the animal's wellbeing.
Also, in my case my dog hadn't been spayed before, and PetRehomer helped with the cost of the procedure.
I am very happy I adopted through them, and I highly recommend them.

We had to make the most difficult decision of having our Maltipoo rehomed as tensions between her and our older dog were getting worse and bad behaviours were starting to make there lives so bad.
We used the Charity based company PETREHOMER to help us.
Approximately 50 people applied for our little girl, after strict home checking we received around 25 people to then vet ourselves, this enabled us to find the perfect home and new mum and dad for her.
The process was so easy and Jenni from PETREHOMER guided all of us and supported us throughout the process.
We still have contact with the new owners with updates of photos and videos on a WhatsApp group that PETREHOMER set up. You dont need to use this service but we found it a valuable thing as we found out that she was completely settled and content in her new home. Please don't hesitate to use this company, they are marvellous

We found our furbaby with this rehoming charity, very quick and simple process, great communication. It's a great service as dogs do not need to go into a rehoming centre to find there forever owners. You can choose whether you want to keep in touch with the previous owners, I send updates of my furbaby in their new home.

I felt as we all been looked after exceptionally well. They help us find a perfect pet and ensured previous owner is happy with the new family. The charity works by donations

I found everyone I dealt with amazing. The first dog I was going to adopt fell through at the last minute and Jenni was really kind, she helped me find another one, which has turned out for the best. The home check was conducted quickly and thoroughly, and the information provided on the process of adoption was really helpful. A WhatsApp group was set up and the rehoming family, Jenni and myself were able to converse prior to the adoption. I still use this group to keep in touch and send photos to the previous owners. I can fault the organisation or the process and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. I will definitely use Pet Rehomer again.

Really caring and listened to my needs and experience. Really good service as always there to help and answer questions and me and my dog felt in safe hands.

Adopted a lovely rescue dog Ruby, had been trying, but not chosen for 6months!
Petrehomer.org staff gave me encouragement and tips to make me have a good profile; eventually I found the perfect dog after video links with a few that I didn't gel with, the volunteers went the extra mile,even on world cup time out of hours to keep me and the rehomer supported though the process!
Lots of support and week later I Adopted Ruby, a beautiful but shy jack Russel terrier. At the moment support is ongoing for settling in my new companion,couldn't recommend petrehomer.org enough to say what an amazing experience it's been, they are there for the Dogs,Rehomer and Adopter 💯

A heartbreaking decision made much easier by a friendly approachable service. They found us the most amazing couple to home our dog with and although we're still sad a year on we couldn't be happier with where he is now. He's getting all of the love and attention he deserves. Jenni made the process very personal and I couldn't recommend using this service more if you ever find yourself in a similar position.

They will hold your hand at every stage of the process from start to finish and beyond.
They make absolutely sure you are the right fit, I cannot recommend them enough.
Without them I would never have found my new best friend.
They gave me my life back when Otto came to live with us, I found myself lost when my collie I had from a pup died suddenly at only 7. Now new adventures have been resumed and I cant thank them enough.

We reluctantly had to rehome our dog. We were not going to put in kennels for rehoming , and after brief search we found petrehomer . There was a very thorough procedure in order for them to show your pet.
Once accepted, our dog was shown on the website. In a very short time we had someone interested and the vetting began by petrehomer.
If I could have created an image of the person seeking our dog, then this lady would be it. We video chatted and in a very short time, we had a personal meeting with the adopting lady and we let our dog go.
It was emotional, but we all agreed that it was for the best.

Can’t fault the service. Very professional. Plenty of support. At no point did we feel we were doing something wrong by rehoming our dog. Even though we felt awful.
It all happened very quickly, which was a shock. We are so pleased our dog had gone to a lovely lady who was vetted by the organisation.
We have done the right thing for our dog. Even though we miss her.

I recently had to put my lovely boy up for rehoming. My life and my work were no longer compatible with having a dog, and that meant the companionship, exercise, and training he deserved were rapidly declining. With all of this in mind, I knew I had to find him a good home so that he could live a full and happy life.

This charity and the team behind it—I can't stress enough—are AMAZING. They supported me, never judged me, and were with me 100% of the way from day one. Whenever I had fears or doubts about the process, they reassured me. As for the family they found for my boy, I have no doubt in my mind that he will be incredibly well looked after and loved.

From WhatsApp groups where we could share videos and pictures with each other, to meeting in person before any major decisions had to be made, it was simply a brilliant process, especially considering how difficult this experience is. No amount of words will ever take away the pain, but they made it as manageable as it could possibly be.

I hope this has given you some peace of mind. If you do have to go through this process, have faith in this charity—they are truly amazing. I am incredibly grateful that I found them. They made the whole journey manageable, and even now, after everything, they still message me to check on my welfare and make sure I'm genuinely doing okay.
