Happy with the product and quality. updates on the order could have been better but still happy

Lovely family business and readily available to answer questions by phone.

PetsOwnUs were super helpful before I made my purchase so I had confidence they were a safe company to buy from.
I had a few questions re: the most suitable stroller for my dog and the company responded promptly to emails and were helpful.
I opted for the Innopet Monaco which I am delighted with. It arrived promptly, with good communication from the courier company. It was well packaged, and was easy to put together myself. Just pay attention to the arrows on the wheels and put them on the right way round. I’m very pleased with the quality of the stroller, and my dog is very happy and relaxed in there. The stroller has a zipless closing system which is really handy and really quickly keeps the dog secure. The 2 drink cup holders are really handy and the additional box between the cup holders is really handy too for phone, dog treats etc.. The stroller is very easy to fold up and easy to fit in the car.
The slide out shopping box/bag under the stroller is So handy.
This stroller has great ventilation panels, which dog can easily see out of and feel to fresh air even on a warm day.
My dog is a Tibetan Terrier, and the Innopet Monaco is the perfect size for him. He can easily turn around and lie down. The stroller is very stable and well made and I feel my dog is very safe in there. I’m very pleased with my purchase and it was very fairly priced at PetsOwnUs. I would highly recommend this company and they do seem to stock several ranges of high quality dog strollers, so I think there is something for everyone on their site.

I love my Sleepypod bag. The colour I wanted was a longer delivery but I was informed up front if this and updated about its arrival, which was a little quicker than anticipated. The quality exceeds expectations. Despite all the safety aspects, it’s still very lightweight. Will be getting another for my other cat and the Go bag!

I was looking for a buggy for my ageing lab as she suffers with arthritis & can only go short distances. I had been recommended the innopet Hercules 2.0 buggy, my choc lab fits in comfortably however she is too nosy to lay down properly! The 2 straps for harness fastening are great & the wheel at front is great for getting up & down pavements.
It isn't the cheapest however I find for my dog it's brilliant 👌 oh & a bonus is the rain cover for our lovely English weather! I did buy another cheaper buggy & sent it back as it was useless & not as good as this 1. Yes I would recommend the cost x

Fantastic product.

Great value.
Love the free added bonuses of the waterproof cover and travel pet bowls.
Highly recommend Petsownus

Ordered one day arrived the next ! Brilliant service . Very well made dog buggy .

The purchase was easy and the service was fab. Love the item. Was a bit concerned about the size for our dog but was unfounded.

Recently purchased, so have not had a chance to use the stroller yet, but I have no doubt it is up to the job, very pleased with the look and easy to assemble. Looking forward to using it in the future.

Excellent service , very responsive - deliveries great and efficient and communication was brilliant - I made an error with ordering and they adjusted right away! I would highly recommend and the crate is high quality ! my cat is now ready for travel

The service was excellent, both from speaking to the company over the telephone and then ordering the stroller on their website, which arrived promptly and was well packaged.

We considered many makes and were drawn to your product. We were delighted when we received the pram which almost sprang out of the box. It is beautifully made and would suit a baby never mind a dog. It is of fantastic quality and so easy to use. Thank you for helping us as our dog has o broken leg and will be unable to walk for a long time. It is much admired

Customer service was responsive and helpful. While it's great that this company manages to import products from Europe, one has to be aware that delivery takes a long time. Would still recommend this company though.

There was a problem with the order but they went out of their way to rectify the situation in a very fast and efficient way. Would highly recommend this Company.

Absolutely Fabulous Service!!! Highly recommend Petsownus. The service was impeccable. My initial queries in choosing a dog buggy were answered swiftly and thoroughly, the shipping was prompt and the price more competitive than others. I chose the Innopet Comfort EFA and it is a dream for both me and my boy. I am so happy with my purchasing experience and the end product. Andrea was amazing in helping me select the right buggy for my dog. I will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

Thanks to ‘petsownus’ for all your help and advice when I purchased a pet stroller. After filling in a questionnaire, I was given advice on suitable strollers, with further queries answered clearly on the phone. Andrea sent me updates on despatch, and altered my order to include something that I had forgotten. Many thanks!

This is a great, well made pet pushchair, easy to put together, my fur baby took to it straight away, would have been 5* but when we received the item there was a part missing ,contacted the company and sent it out very quickly. Would definitely buy from this company again very pleased
