Giving one star as zero stars is not an option. Have been trying to get a pension options form since May, lots of promises received with no action whatsoever. Dreadful customer service.

Sending by post three letters with same content.
Not responding for many weeks confirming verification documents had been received.
In phone call with agent, some weeks after emailing the documents to your offices, she took a long time to eventually confirm they had been received and written confirmation would be a few more days. We awe still waiting.!!!

The most exasperating company to deal with. They seem consistently to get things wrong: requests lost, questions unanswered, the wrong paperwork sent. They are speedy with ‘apology payments’ but really they just need to be better organised.

Polite and with easy understanding of what’s next

When i was first contacted i had to call from Thailand where i now live got the forms sent out and i filled in and sent back,after two weeks i rang to check what was happening and luckilly i got someone called Faye on the phone she has gone way beyond my expectarions continually working to resolve problems and staying in contact via email or phone she is a credit to Phoenix life she is proffessional but also compassionate and a very helpfull likeable human being.

I am trying to lease funds from Phoenix and they have waited nearly a month to say they are unable to release without id from my sons!!!!

My questions I called in for has never been addressed. Adviser informed me that I would get these questions answered in writing. Still awiting reply after a month. Total waste of time to be honest.

Rang with query answer was efficient and letter arrived in the post next day
