A fantastic company, providing an extremely personalised service. Communication was great, I had a problem with one of the tracks I was using but John went out of his way to find a solution. The product arrived swiftly and is of excellent quality - fantastic sound and personalised cover looks great. It made such a good gift and I will use Phoenix Vinyl again for similar gifts without hesitation.

I bought a picture record for my anniversary and the collage picture I sent was of too low resolution. John was extremely helpful and contacted me in order to amend my mistake. I am a little inept at these things and after a back and forth he fixed the resolution for me and remade my collage. I received the record the next day :)
