I ordered a custom vinyl for my partner for valentines - the process was made really simple by John who helped me every step of the way. He responded quickly to all my questions and got my order out quickly and without delay. My partner was delighted with his gift - the image turned out great on the vinyl and the sound quality was also good! Seems To Good To Be True, But It's The Real Deal!
Absolutely incredible service. The entire interaction had a personal and friendly touch, and it arrived the day after I ordered it. If you are concerned that the price seems too low for such an amazing product, don't worry - it really is that good of a deal! And to top it off, genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Absolutely superb service
Absolutely superb service from start to finish, John is very attentive and ensures the order process is smooth and you are happy with everything. I haven't been able to try the LP out yet as it is a Christmas gift, but I am sure it will be perfect. I can't wait to give it to my dad on Christmas day, he will love it, especially since it has his face printed onto the vinyl! :) Thank you again so much.
