I am absolutely delighted with the vinyl record I ordered from Phoenixvinyl. The service was excellent and very speedy. The quality of the item is also excellent with the sleeve print quality and the coloured vinyl. Brilliant!

Superb bespoke service from Phoenix. I can’t praise them highly enough for their service, speed and sheer helpfulness. I’m not particularly “techie”, being ancient, but the process was fairly straightforward, and where I cocked up they stepped in to help, rectifying my blunders. The finished piece, a one off copy of Silver Sun’s “Switzerland” album, has pride of place in my collection. Recommended without hesitation or reservation!

My husband has realised a life long dream of making his own record for his 50th birthday which is actually just before Christmas. I cannot recommend Phoenix Vinyl enough, for technical expertise, generosity, communication and excellent value for money.
The process of making it has been every bit as enjoyable as the much anticipated listening to the final vinyl result (which has arrived but is not to be unwrapped until his actual birthday). I am confident that the sound quality will be perfect given the ongoing conversations and advice and suggestions throughout.

Absolutely amazing service. So incredibly quick and easy. They're really helpful. I had a few issues with images not uploading for the cover design and I was immediately emailed and offered the option to either send my own image, or to explain what I wanted and for Phoenix vinyl themselves to put something together. I couldn't get over how quickly it arrived. If I ever need a vinyl putting together again they will be my first port of call.

I ordered a 4-track 12" EP from John which was delivered very speedily within just 3 days of my order. John seems very knowledgable on sound quality/ file types/ vinyl - and he diligently replied to my questions over email in the days before I ordered.
