I paid for the order on January 1, 2026. Today is January 11, 2026. The order has not been delivered. The website says 4 business days. Disgusting.

Disgraceful customer service.
Terrible service.
Ordered a camera in November because it was listed as in stock with 2–5 day delivery. That information was wrong. The item wasn’t in stock and delivery dragged on for weeks.
I was repeatedly told not to cancel and that it would be sorted. Because of that, I missed the purpose of the purchase entirely (Christmas gift).
Communication was awful. Emails were ignored unless I rang, then I’d get a generic response followed by silence again. Eventually, after nearly two months, I was told the parcel had been lost.
After all of this, the “goodwill” offered was a €20 gift card, which is laughable given the delays, misinformation, and lost parcel.
I won’t be ordering from them again.

The payment opitions do not work…
The payment opitions do not work properly and I had to contact the company twice and received emailed links to pay. The customer service is very slow.
I still haven't heard back from customer service in two days. This review was answered by Photospecialist asking me to email them to get a link to pay. This has happened me twice recently and I cannot understand why they cannot get their payment facilities in order. They have lost my sale and all future sales as a result of this problem.

The costumer service is awful
The costumer service is awful. I spent more than 2 hours in different days trying to reach them, I left my phone number 15 times , nobody called me back. This company isn't interested in the clients.

This is not about the product but about the service. The website said that the product would be delivered in 2 days and I placed the order on 28 March and today, 6 April, I still haven't received it.
