I was a bit Skeptical placing an order for my wedding dress initially because of how much value it means to me but after contacting their friendly customer service team I decided to give the company a try and I must say I am truly impressed. Pick N Drop Dry Cleaners took care of my clothes when I came to the UK on a business trip last month. I highly recommend their services.

They were late in collecting the items and late in returning them notwithstanding the fact that they had a 4 hour window. I was on tight time limits and unable to do what I had to because they were so late. I can’t use them again.

Brilliant service from pick up to drop off. Clean freshly laundered clothes neatly folder and delivered to our door by a courteous, professional and kindly driver.

I am a regular customer. But this time somethng horrible happened. When they delivered the suit I gave to drywash. It was not in covered in a plastic bag and found it hanging over my door while my inner waist coat was on the ground and all the dirts were there. Such an unprofessional behaviour while delivering(May be it is the frustration of delivering on Saturday). My complete suit is a waste now. I had to wash it again but I dont think it is useable anymore. So it costed me my suit, the price I paid for the wash to them and again to another shop. You should be careful while delivering this type of dresses. I am not gonna use this company anymore in the future. So please be careful while ordering.

First of all I couldn't get anyother way to reply you except editing my previous review. You said my suit was in a hanger. Then why did I get 2 hangers? one for my suit and one for my waist vest which was lying on the ground. Look I gave the review when I got an email notification from Trustpilot on 3rd December at 11:16 pm when I was sleeping and that is why I gave my review on the very next morning on 4th December. I hope this clarifies your very claculative timeframe. Moreover, when I got my suit in my hand I tried calling your office and I assumed that your office was closed that time since it was Saturday evening (about 7pm). The next day your office was closed according to my knowledge. And there was no point of informing/confronting you with all the calculative timeframe when I already washed my suit. And I understand how service can be provided so I don't wanna bother you by taking any free wash. Because this was not the reason why I gave the review in the first place. Anyways, you should be clear enough from my first review that I am not gonna use your service anymore.

It is now getting more funny that you are bringing honesty. I think you guys are school-going children. Can you give me any evidence that I didn't ask the person at my house who received the package? I have asked him repeatedly what was the condition when he received my suit. He confirmed that my suit was on a hanger and my waist vest was on another hanger. And I have already said I got 2 hangers this time. What's the point of asking for your service when you can't belive others.
I am not here to spread hatred like you as you might investigate and see that previously I also gave a positive review using my name about your service. And that is my honesty. I think you need to learn how to respect other individuals and that is also part of honesty I think. I made my mind because you are here just to argue and defend yourself not to acknowledge your mistake. So I think that is the definition of dishonesty.
