Booking and tracking is all via our app/website, with the possibility for collection within an hour and next day returns. We also have a Laundry subscription scheme, this is one of the first of its kind in London. Its a weekly Laundry service for corporates, household and working professionals who do not have much time for Laundry. Commercial laundry is also our forte. Waste of money

Update: Thank you for the prompt reply. I was asked to provide feedback on the service I received, and the service was poor. It’s not about not opting for an amicable resolution. With regards to the complaint I placed, I still haven’t received any updates/ emails/ calls from your team. I stand by my review; the service received was poor; not one item was properly pressed.

I note your feedback. You currently have a live complaint and I am surprised you have preferred a negative feedback to amicable resolution. You reached out to our customer service yesterday evening and we offered to press your clothes again free of charge. Also, regarding the delay in delivery, we reached out to you and informed you. Thank you once again for using our service, we are happy press them again for you. Please note, with press only, if the items were not booked for pressing immediately after you carry out the laundry, it takes time to get out all the wrinkles.

I have used the service quite a few…
I have used the service quite a few times, on one occasion I needed to travel to New York, I called them for an express service… To my greatest surprise the laundry was picked up in the evening and returned the next day.

Won’t use them again, until he’ll freezes over
First wash was brilliant! Cost around £50 but worth it. Second wash, an even even bigger load (£65), was a complete disaster! They returned around half the clothes, badly folded and crushed. They claimed they’d returned everything and asked for a list of missing items. I sent those I could remember - unfortunately I don’t take many photos of my dirty wash. I did work out it would cost around £300 to replace those I could remember.
Eventually someone turned up at the door with the missing clothes. No apology or explanation.
I did receive an apology by email and an offer of a refund - which, despite my emailing twice, I’ve never received. As the same email gave me an assurance of improved future service, I’m assuming that’s as reliable as the refund.
We won’t be using them again!
Update: thank you for the response, 3 weeks after I posted this review and almost 9 weeks after the stressful experience. You “carried me along” by insisting that I was wrong in saying that half my washing was missing. You then ignored my messages for 6 weeks. Thank you for the apology but I’ll trust my washing to someone else in future.

We found the missing clothes and asked the Driver to return it to you, we are unaware the Driver did not apologise you also. Let me use this medium to apologise to you unbehalf of our Driver also.
