It was ok, the starts are just white dots and look pretty poor quality compared to other sites.

Im sorry to hear you are not fully happy with your order - I can see you ordered our original Black, which is the classic standard Star Map, If you would prefer a more visually appealing design we would recommend one of our other themes such as the Real Photo

Bought as a mothers day gift
I initially left a bad review after the star map came with the wrong date. However, Ricky called me very soon after and sent out a replacement free of charge. I'm highly impressed with this level of customer service and have changed my review from 1 star to 5 star.

I ordered an item more than 24 hours ago. I haven't received an order confirmation (yes, I checked the spam folder). I tried to call the support number all day, no answer, emailed the support email - no answer. Live chat on the website doesn't work.

Excellent gift for a loved one
Unfortunately the first one was damaged in transit,but the guys at picturethestars were really helpful and sent another one straight away which arrived within days. The wife love's it and even shed a tear, excellent gift for a loved one.
