I've never had a complaint about Turner's Pies - always top notch

Quick and efficient service and delivery. Yummy pies.

Delivery and communication was good. Food was excellent. Will order again.

I ordered the gluten free pie selection. The pie crust was excellent and the pie filling, good amount amd meat was great. The only issue was flavour, it had none... sadly. Such a shame as every other component was great!

The pies are excellent but only buy as an occasional treat as expensive in my opinion. I treated Family to the four fruit pie pack which went down well. The delivery was excellent and pies were very well packed. Delicious too.

I spent time looking for the Apprentice candidate because everybody enjoyed his pies. Exactly what I needed, an approval by Sir Alan Sugar.
So after many disasters, here I am at Turner's Pies. Finally!
First, the bad news, but it is only my opinion: the pastry is bland. I do not understand how pastry can taste of water. Where's the buttery, egg n milk pastry taste?
The sausage rolls were no better than my usual high street chain, but smaller and more expensive. Really Turners?
The Scotch Eggs were very average. The sausage meat, Cumberland, was overly peppered for my taste & had gristle & bone. I was having a spitting contest to actually swallowing. Again, my usual high street chain Scotch eggs is much better & cheaper except for one thing, Turner's Egg was absolutely exquisite. Turner's know how to hard boil an egg to perfection.
Next came the Chicken n Chorizo pasty. Oh dear. Where's the chicken? The pasty was full of thick curry paste and had a few pieces of Chorizo but one tinest piece of chicken, a slither, not chunk, a slither the size of my thumb nail. The pastry, as above.
So far, I am extremely disappointed with Turner's Piex by Post.
I will not be purchasing the above again from Turner's.
However, I was reluctant to try the Pies because of the horrible experiences explained above, but it was the Pies I saw featured in front of Sir Alan Sugar.

The Pies are a very nice individual size, and they are filled to the roof of the pie casing. I have never seen a pie that packed since my granny's excellent Pies, God bless her soul.
The Pie filling. Steak & Kidney is a rip off, normally, BUT Turner's Pie by Post Steak n Kidney is the BEST SNAKE N SYDNEY SINCE MY LATE GRANNY'S SNAKE N SYDNEY PIE. Oops, sorry granny, yours is still the best, honest. "WOW" The best pie I have ever eaten. Since my granny.
I tried one Steak n Kidney pie cold for breakfast & I was full for most of Saturday. Let me compare Turner's Pies to my local high street chain: I normally eat two Pies to fill me up, but one Turner's pie and I am full.
I had the second Steak n Kidney pie for my Sunday roast & followed the cooking instructions & I noticed the bland pastry tasted slightly different. It is still bad in my opinion, on its own but does add a lovely crunch & oddly, flavour to the filling.

The important thing to understand about Steak n Kidney is that Turner's Pies are the only Pies that have real beef & real Kidney inside. No fat. No gristle, & no Kidney rubbish to deal with. Just pure meat. That is how a real Pie is made.
No spitting contest, just indulgence of high quality meats.

The pie is complete, but I would still like to taste a different traditional English olde King's pastry on these Turner's bakes.

The Sausage Roll 2/10
The Chicken n Chorizo Pastry 2/10
The Scotch Eggs 4/10
The Pies 100/10
Only my granny makes a better Steak n Kidney pie, but I have to write that or granny will moan when I get to heaven.

I will be purchasing my Pies by Post from Turner's on a 4 week monthly basis, but only the Pies.
Turner's Pies by Post, the Pies are worth every penny.
I highly recommend the Pies.

I am yet to try the Apple pie. I do hope the Apple pie has a sweet pastry casing.
The other thing to mention, is that I couldn't purchase the Apple pie anyway. Turner's did inform me that they will be rectifying this very soon.

This is only my taste bud & health reason pickieness opinion.

The delivery by Royal Mail means the best delivery experience. To my door, in my hands service. The only way to do a delivery in my expert experience of the delivery services.

The meat pies are lovely have ordered previously but this time I ordered a blackberry and apple Pie and it was not good sadly, the filling was tasteless with little filling, not a single blackberry in sight , very disappointing, will not order fruit pies again only the meat ones

The pies were are gift to an unwell friend who was delighted with them.

Communication and delivery very good but quality of Apple and Blackberry pie was poor. Tasteless throughout a real disappointment. I would not recommend.

Delicious individual fruit pies. Bigger than I imagined they’d be. The Cornish pasties were great as well. I’ll definitely be ordering more!

Cannot fault the service you get from Turners pies, from the moment you order to the moment you eat a pie. We have been having deliveries from Turners for a while and would not buy pies from anywhere else.

Pies are great as always and tracked delivery on time

They arrived in perfect condition, tasted just as good after being frozen as eaten fresh.

The meat pies have always been excellent.The fruit pies are very excellent, enjoyed both.

Had pies on numerous occasions and every time they were easy to order and deliverd on time and tasted delicious as always
