Turner's Pies by Post Avis

We are regular customers and always enjoy our pies.
You really can’t beat them!

Excellent pies. Packaging, delivery and communication is first class. Highly recommended.

Ease of ordering and great communication with regards to delivery

Well packed, delivered on time. Tasted great. What more can I say.👍

Another order completed as advised.
Some eaten on arrival others frozen for later use. Great pies.

Tasty and fast delivery only problem is I didn't order enough 🙂 will definitely be ordering again soon.

I went for the selection of starter, main and sweet pies. Well organised firm that get your well-packed box to you on your preferred day. Very good pastry and Dutch apple pie is a real winner, as is the tasty steak and cheese pie. All good again.

Lovely pies, however overpriced for such little meat.

Very tasty pies, according to my dad. I haven't actually tasted them.

Good service easy to order, well packed, delivery good, and importantly - Pies and Pasties Yummy!

I already sent a note to the customer service department, regarding my order. I received prompt and helpful assistance when I confronted some challenges in placing my order. However, once the order was processed, everything went smoothly from there on in. This order was intended as a special gift to my partner, who was so excited when everything was delivered. He has been enjoying all of his treats, and has duly informed me that the Apple Black Pudding Scotch eggs are the best he has ever eaten in his life, and he assured me that he has eaten many over the years. All of the other selections have been sampled and appraised, and all of them have received a 10/10 rating. Thank you so much for making this happen, and for enabling me to give my partner a very special experience.

The pies are amazing, the billionaire shortbread was a massive hit, will definitly be ordering that and the bread and butter pudding again. I am so pleased I found you guys, I just could not find a good steak and kidney pie anywhere. And now I have.

Excellent as always. Service, delivery, packaging and of course the delicious pies absolutely great.

Turner's Pies is hands down one of the best places I've ever been for a proper pie. The pastry is perfectly golden, buttery, and flaky, while the fillings are packed with flavour and made with high-quality ingredients. Every bite tastes homemade, and you can really tell they take pride in what they do.
The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or taking pies home for dinner, the quality is consistently outstanding.
If you're a pie lover, this place is an absolute must-visit. Delicious food, excellent service, and fantastic value for money. I can't recommend Turner's Pies highly enough—I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

High quality pies and sundries. Turner’s Pies are my number one choice. Whether meat or fruit I highly recommend these pies. I love the sausage rolls that can be added to your order under sundries. Beats anything you can buy in a supermarket including M&S Food. 5 stars consistently.

I made an order via their tiktok shop. Unfortunately when it was alleged to be delivered the proof of delivery just showed a front door and id assume the couriers feet. The delivery stated it was left in the safe space yet my front door is approx 3 feet from a public path so that would never be listed as my safe space, I can only assume it was taken from my doorstep as nobody knocked to hand the delivery over and it wasn't outside when we left the house. The biggest problem I'm having with this company is the complete lack of response and just straight up refusing to accept and help with an issue. Thankfully it was a small order of around 20 pounds but it's really about the extremely poor customer service. Under consumer law, the seller is fully responsible for a lost delivery until the item reaches you, meaning you have the right to a free replacement or a full refund if your order does not arrive within 30 days or an agreed deadline. You do not need to contact or chase the delivery courier, as your contract is strictly with the retailer.

Superb pies, excellently packed, highly recommend 5*

Always love the sweet and savoury pies. And our favourite extra is the apple and black pudding scotch egg.

very impressive packaging even in the heat wave. Pies nice but quiches were very good. would buy more quiches but they do not freeze.
