Booster box arrived dented and damaged
Booster box arrived dented and damaged. Was loose in a much bigger box with just a little bit of brown paper. Would expect much more secure packing for a £130 product.

Very good very nice
I was very happy with the service even though I was shopping late when I placed my order my package was shipped out almost immediately and arrived in quick time. The store was very easy to use and finding what I wanted was simple.

Ordered a mystery box and it arrived a couple of days later. Contents was really good and my son absolutely loved it. Contents was worth more than the value and I got a couple of really good pulls. Will definitely use again. Keep up the good work George.

The items in the box were not worth the money I paid. I could I got the 2 items for £23 with free postage from Amzon but I paid £ 29.50. Not impressed and will never use you again

In actual fact the contents of the box came to £26.98 so you got £26.98 of value for £25 and you paid £4 postage which cost me £5.
Prices on Amazon change all the time. We’re an independent store and cannot compete will selling at a loss, I’ll make sure to give Jeff Bezos a call and let him know that he has another person who’d prefer to put more money in his pocket than supporting independent Pokémon shops over £2 difference, you should be ashamed of yourself for leaving a 1 star review because you can buy stuff cheaper on Amazon. Despicable.

Easy process, but...
Easy process, delivered in good time, but terrible packaging, be careful if you're planning to order for unopened collections, box was damaged too but luckily card contents were fine, would still order again though and just hope the packaging gets a little better

We are an official Pokémon shop and buy all of our products from distributors - I can guarantee you the products we sell are not fake. I am happy to jump on a video call with you and prove to you that the cards are not fake. So unless you have the other box your talking about confused with another seller I can 100% guarantee that the products we send are genuine, they came from Asmodee the distributor, out of Shining Fates V tins, I can show you the tins and the invoices, and I have a way to show you and prove they are real and happy to have a video call with you to prove it.
