Only after the money!

Update: I have been offered and issued a 50% refund, with very helpful customer service, which is most appreciated and although it has not changed my opinion about the produce, it HAS changed my opinion about the company. Thank you!

I thought I had cancelled the subscription but mustn’t have followed through on the action as subscription autorenewed and kindly deducted £107 from my account!! I contacted immediately after being notified by PayPal asking for a refund as I have not used the app, which they can see, and have no intention of using the app as I do not like it following trial period. After multiple attempts to reason with them they have refused to refund. I understand that your subscription is an auto renewal one, but as explained I did not intend to renew and now I’m down over £100. I have not accessed the app or used any of your services. I contacted on the very day of the renewal. Whatever happened to human decency, consideration and case by case review depending on circumstances?!? Clearly all about the money. Thanks for nothing. Very, very disappointed!!

Vendono un mese di abbonamento a pochi euro poi magicamente arriva un rinnovo automatico di 89 euro che affermano tu abbia confermato. È tutto studiato per fregate i soldi e tutto costruito con l'IA, non pagano nemmeno dei dipendenti, anche nelle risposte per email o alle recensioni ci sono frasi preimpostate e formali solo per non perdere credibilità. Inorridita dalla mancanza di morale di questa azienda.

Beware!!

Beware!!! I signed up for a trial and today I find out that they have been charging me 39.99 a month without my permission. When I reached out to them to ask them to stop and refund at least one month and cancel it so as to never charge me again, they wrote back about what a great app they have!

Renovaciones no solicitadas y cargos no autorizados a tu tarjeta de crédito

Llámese, Harna Fit o Harna Pilates es lo mismo. La empresa Harna "renueva" contratos que nunca hiciste y hace cargos no autorizados a tu tarjeta de crédito y luego se niegan a devolvértelo. Cuando insistes en solicitar tu devolución, su estrategia es básicamente "sentimos mucho que no uses nuestro servicio... Cancelamos tu suscripción... Pero nos quedamos con tu dinero. ¿Se imaginan cuanto dinero se hace así?
Animo a todos los que han pasado por esta mala experiencia a que los denuncien aquí.

Don't do it!!

You state that the issue was resolved, but let's make it clear. An honest company would have refunded the payment immediately, especially when the company was notified the day a charge took place and the product not used. It's only resolved on your end because you reached out to say I won't be refunded. It's definitely not resolved on my end because I had to pay 39.99 for a subscription that I didn't sign up for due to your misleading payment options that roped me into a subscription anyway. The only way this matter is resolved is by refunding the 39.99, anything else is your company knows exactly what it's doing and you're stealing money from people.

Do NOT I repeat Do NOT sign up with…

Do NOT I repeat Do NOT sign up with this company. I applied for the $19.99 US plan stupidly without checking reviews first. Lesson learned. The next thing I know, my credit card was charged another $49.95 US for some kind of food plan that I DID NOT authorize.
Then I was informed that in 3 months my so called plan would renew for $89.99 US. I contacted them and they say they canceled the renewal and that my card will not be charged for the renewal. I do hope this is true since they now have my card number so I am very nervous about this.
After repeated attempts for a refund, their response was that I don't qualify for a refund because I signed up for the eating plan which I absolutely did not.
I will be filing a report with the BBB as well and will contact my bank to watch for further charges from this company.
It's clearly a scam.

Beware of buying any subscription from…

Beware of buying any subscription from HARNA. They clearly continue to charge you without warning and will not refund. There policy they claim is clearly on their site but it was not apparent to me. I only bought a 3 month package to try and it continued with them charging me after that 3 months! They will not refund!!!

Costumer service experience

I didn't even tried the App or the workouts, as I became so frustrated with costumer service.
After completing my initial purchase, I was directed to additional pages where, without clear intent or confirmation, further products were added with a simple click. The process was not sufficiently transparent, and it was easy to proceed without fully realizing that additional charges were being incurred. When I, minutes after, contacted costumer service to ask for a cancelation and refund, was offered freebies after freebies but never a refund ( which was actually denied). After many emails I managed to get a refund but my believe in the company's communication and transparency is none... won't try it again even if the workouts are good...

Helps with posture and core

After a few weeks, I noticed some improvement in posture and core strength. The results are there, but progress feels quite gradual and not always very noticeable.
