Wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a $9.99 Pilates subscription and was charged for two additional subscriptions that I did not authorize. I was filed a complaint with the BBB and will dispute the charges with my bank once they post.

EVIL CON COMPANY
This company is an evil company, total SCAMMERS! I was caught in their auto renew for £47.99. I wasnt even using the app. There was no warning, no email to say its going to renew, reputable companies will send you a warning courtesy email. If I had missed that then my bad. I only noticed it cos I saw it on my bank app. Emailed them straightaway and they just kept on throwing their 'policy' in my face. Before they did that, they offered me £1 per month plan. So I asked if I change to that, will they refund my £47.99 and just charge £1 per month? Ha! They said NO.
EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE IF THIS CON COMPANY, THEY ALSO USED A DIFFERENT EMAIL TO WRITE ME, PROBABLY ANOTHER SCAM! MADMUSCLES IS THE OTHER NAME.

They scammed me
They scammed me! I bought a week trial for 6 usd and then they told me I bought also a service with a personal coach for 49,99 USD!!!
I never asked for that and also after 7 days, they cancelled also the service.
Now, they don't want to refund me!!! I am informing the postal police about it!

Bad experience with Harnafit
My experience with Harnafit is 'very dissatisfied'. Basically after a (discounted) inital 3 months period, the Harnafit subscription was "autorenewed" for 3 months and at a higher price.
I hadn't used the program and I was not aware that my initial subscription would auto renew . I had found nothing indicating 'autorenewal will occur' on my Harnafit App.
The first thing I knew of autorenewal was when knew was the charge hit my Paypal.
I contacted Harnafit by email immediately. According to Harnafit they do not provide refunds reharding unwanted autorenewals; they could only offer a 6 month 'extension' (to a service I don't want, and there's no way I'm signing up another or extended subscription with more who-knows-what-fine-print).
In my experience, other (legitimate) business operators send out automated email notices before they autorenew. Harnafit does not do that.
So if you're thinking of subscribing to Harnafit, don't let yourself be caught in the same situation as I was.

What is Asian Pilates? I paid $9.99 for a customized workout plan to find out. Asian Pilates is just Cat-Cow, Pelvic Curl, and Child's Pose. Waste of money.

This company has TERRIBLE customer service!! They are the most UNETHICAL company I have ever seen!! Warning before you go to their website!! It is deceptive and tricky! You will think you purchased one plan, and then go to click on a button to open your plan, and it will charge you for an additional plan. Then good luck getting a refund on that accidental purchase! They will NOT refund your money even if you immediately email them that it was an accidental purchase and that you didn’t want that second plan. They are very deceitful and dishonest!! I recommend not even going to their website!!

I was scammed!
I was scammed!! I bought one product and was directed immediately to another product that I could not get out of without clicking on the "continue" button. Apparently "continue" at Harnafit means you just bought another product. This time worth 3 times the amount of the first. I immediately contact support and they offered me 6 months free on my original purchase, while they investigated my refund. They then said no to the refund claiming that I took the 6 months free in place of a refund - absolute lies. I emailed proof of the conversation, but you simply go around in circles.
Look at the FaceBook page and there are scores of angry face "dislikes" and plenty of comments left, but none of them are visible. Funny that.

Awful experience
I was hoping to sign up for a trial , but before I knew it , they charged me £11.99 , then ping £49.99, on my card.
No matter how hard a tried I could not get out of the app without these charged I didn’t agree to.
I tried to cancel this straight away , a very difficult process.
Now I am bombarded with emails that resolve my situation. There is know way to initiate a refund . So bad .

I thought I was going for a week trial period - never realized that I would soon be charged 99 dollars and 39 dollars the next month - I quickly reached out to say this was not what I signed up for - back and forth and they refused to refund me -do not sign up for anything unless you intend on using it monthly - you must go to the website and cancel after your trial or they will just start charging you -

Can't cancel without fees
Don't sign up for this! It looks like it is good value for prerecorded video. But is extremely expensive after the initial month. They keep trying to up sell. They do not encourage you at all. When you cancel they bombard you with legal and insist you put newly £50 for a month when you don't want it. Avoid this company!

There’s a good mix of workouts
There’s a good mix of workouts, and most of them feel easy enough on the joints. I usually do a session before bed, and it helps me settle down. The only thing I’d change is the pacing in a few videos—sometimes the instructor talks a bit fast for me.

Blocked them through my bank app they charged me today 47 euros and I received at the same time a cancellation notice, thankfully it’s through PayPal so I have made a case. How they got through after being blocked amazes me ITS A SCAM
