Motivating app works

I sign up for free trial and was charged $9.99, after trial I was charged $39.99 and they continue to attempt charges. I have email support 3x with no response. They have horrible customer service and cancelling seems to be impossible. Totally frustrated with the app, I feel they are scramming.

Fraudulent Charge
Please, please, please do not sign up to this company. I paid £9.99 yesterday afternoon for one month's subscription, I did not add anything else. Overnight they took £49.99 (less than 24 hours after signing up) with no warning. This has left me without money for the rest of the week. I have emailed them and they have offered me a year's free subscription which I do not want. This a tantamount to fraud, no matter how much they protest otherwise. I am going to report it as such to my bank and hope this company gets stopped soon before they inflict financial misery on more unsuspecting people.

What Looked Like 6 Weeks Was Actually Ongoing Billing
I was charged $39.99 due to the misleading way the 6-week membership was presented and subsequently billed as a recurring subscription. I have tried to communicate with the team at Harna, who offered me 50% off my subscription of $19.99!
The level of customer service I’ve experienced so far has been extremely frustrating. I have already communicated with two individuals regarding the matter, yet neither appears to be responding directly to my messages. Instead, I continue to receive automated or unrelated emails asking me to reply to my request. From a customer perspective, this feels disorganized and, frankly, quite appalling.

Total Scam! Actually do not even recall taking out a trial for this company but apparently 6 months after "alleged " trial, they tried to take £83.99 from my account.....thankfully my bank recognised this as fraud and have blocked this company from any further requests for payment.

I authorised a payment for £22.99 but was then charged an additional £49.99 without authorisation. When asking for my money back they are dancing around the houses. This company is a fraud. They fraudulently take your money with no consent! I will be taking this further and expose them. I have been reading that this is happening to a few people.

This company is an awful company
This company is an awful company! I was caught in their auto renew for £47.99. I wasnt even using the app. There was no warning, no email to say it’s going to renew, reputable companies will send you a warning email. I only noticed it cos I saw it on my bank app. Emailed them straightaway and they just kept on throwing their 'policy' in my face.
EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE IF THIS COMPANY! Awful experience I have never had before! And I’m really afraid of the probable future payments am afraid of future payments, although I have banned payments to this account. It's terrible that now I won't trust other companies either because of these disgusting scammers. I really hope that they will collapse.
I contacted your email service three times and at last I got the final answer with the refusal to refund money.

Total scam, do not sign up for their deal
I signed up for a month for £9.99 and forgot about it. No communications to remind me to download the app. I was charged 47.99 the next month. Though I had cancelled and was charged another £47.99 the following month. I cancelled and pointed out they had never notified me my subscription was going to renew or the price it was going to renew at. Refused to consider a refund. Who pays £48 a month for an app? Total scam. £110 and never did a workout.
