Poor Quality
Item that I ordered arrived but unfortunately the item was discoloured and stained when it was taken out of its package. I was not offered a refund on request for the order- only offered a partial refund of £10 or a replacement. I was happy with the replacement offer but have still not heard anything back from them regarding this. Unfortunately I don’t think the quality of the items is worth the price paid.

In the advert for the large pillownap…
In the advert for the large pillownap elephant it looks plump and lush. Mine arrived vacuum packed which I allowed to expand for a few hours. I found The elephant to be poorly stuffed and was really floppy! There is no care instructions. I don't think it was worth the money and I certainly won't be giving it as a gift to my new grandson!

The advertisement made me have a closer look and led to me ordering. The pillow arrived promptly and it is gorgeous, my great nephew will love it in a few months time.

The product is no different to the £9.99 one on eBay so don’t be fooled!!!
It comes from China so the cost of returning it makes it uneconomical.
I feel completely dupped by the seller.

I bought a pillow nap elephant and was so disappointed when it arrived. it came vacuum packed and I gave it a good shake up unfortunately as there is hardly any stuffing in it especially the head it’s still lopsided . The quality is poor lots of cottons on the foot no logo as shown on website. Their customer service was rubbish rude and unprofessional. This elephant can’t support itself let alone a baby. Don’t waste your money on this website.

AWFUL QUALITY. I received the elephant. It isn’t soft and squishy. It isn’t filled properly so feels all lumpy and bumpy. The fibres are shedding so I would definitely not be wanting to use this for a baby due to safety. Very cheap quality material. Big disappointment. The label is a cheap label which doesn’t say that it is suitable for any age. Arrived in cheap packaging and poorly packaged. If I had seen this in a shop, I wouldn’t have even paid £5 for it. Not sure how the company can picture this with a baby due to safety reasons. It certainly doesn’t look like the photos on line. When I leave a review on the official website they delete it so presumably they are deleting any negative comments.

Shocking quality. Stitching poor, filling lumpy. Cheap rubbish. I have emailed the company and await a response. If you expect quality don't order, nothing like the photos on the website
