Elephant was lovely

Elephant was lovely. Comes very well packaged up. I have brought 2this year. Both lovely. One gets used often & the other one is in a Xmas sack ready for Xmas morning. Would definitely recommend pillow nap

Pillow Nap

Received quickly and it looks lovely. It’s for Christmas for my Granddaughter so can’t say anymore at this stage but was definitely worth the money:)

Very poor quality

Very poor quality, not enough stuffing. Spoke to customer services they won’t give a refund until product is returned but no point doing this as it needs to be returned to China which will cost more than they charged me. It’s ridiculous I could buy a real elephant for that

Help till the end

When I made my order I put down the wrong postcode which caused so many problems! Pillownap customer service were amazing they kept me informed and helped me get my order, the elephant pillow is beautiful and loved by my granddaughter.

I guess they are in need of £25

I 1st ordered an elephant back in 2022 when i was pregnant with my daughter. came vacum packed and after a couple of shakes was fine. it took 4 weeks to arrive, but i was 4 months pregnant, so i wasnt really upset for being late, i was a bit annoyed tho, but said nothing. My friends' son, 3 months younger than my daughter is obsessed with elephants. everytime they ll come to our house, he only plays with the elephant. as his 1st bday was coming, i said i ll get him an elephant too. i checked on the website and they advertise 8-12 days to deliver, so i thought "perfect, i ll have it 4-5 days before the boy's bday party". i placed my order on the 5th Oct. On the 11th i tracked my order, only to see that ETA was now for 28th-31st Oct. I contacted the company saying how urgent it was i have the elephant before the 23rd and if that wasnt the case, that we should cancel the order and i ll get him something else. i got a response that the order was to be delivered the following week and before the 22nd. A week later i have no updates and i track the order again and this time says ETA: 29th Oct-2nd Nov. I email the company again (i couldnt find a phone number on their website) only to be told my order will be delivered in the next couple of days. i got an email from their courrier company that they will deliver sometime between 5.30-7.30pm on Wed 18th. i stayed home, went nowhere waiting for the delivery. at 8.30pm i email pillownap saying i havent received my order. the courrier updated the status of the order at21.53 that night that they havent been able to deliver that day and will try agian to deliver the following day. I stayed home on Thursday and in the morning i emailed pillownap asking for an update and they said the courrier tried to deliever but couldnt get to the property (that was never the case because when you buzz the house number I get a call to open the gate and i never received a call) and also aknowledged the courriers havent been very responsible recently. at 4.08 pm i am emailing pillonap again that i googled the courrier company and their contact number is available from 8.30am - 4pm. I hadnt receive any emails or texts for the courrier. i got an email from the courrier company that my parcel was delivered at 8.10pm on Thu 19th. i open my front door, there is nothing. the email i received from the courrier had an attachement. I opened the attachement and there was a pic of my order being left at the gate, IN THE RAIN, with someone else's package. on Friday i emailed PillowNap again sending a pic of the new elephant next to my daughters. the new one was 1/3 smaller due to being understuffed, so i asked them to advise on the return process and to issue a refund. They responded to them look identical and to give it a good shake (as i f i hadnt done that already), but if i wanted to return the elephant, i should return it to China own expense and after they get confirmation from the factory, they will issue the refund. i put both elephants on the scale. The new one is 130gr lighter.. i didnt bother going back to them again, i guess they must need those £25 desperatelly.

I received my purchase of an elephant…

I received my purchase of an elephant pillow but unfortunately it was faulty. I immediately contacted PillowNap and sent them photographs. They responded straight away and refunded me my money. I was very impressed with their service and will certainly purchase from them in the future.

Lovely items arrived vacuum packed

Lovely items arrived vacuum packed, so less packaging. The only problem was that the packaging was partially ripped open and items were exposed. Items weren’t damaged so, I assume the packaging was damaged in transit.
