First of all i have worked for the pilot company 4+ plus years, they have not paid me for last week's work schedule, and it seems that i'm not going to be paid, I HAVE GONE BACK AND FORTH ALL DAY, HOURS ON THE PHONE, AND BEN GETTING NOTHING BUT THE RUNAROUND so this is my warning to all who want to apply and work for the pilot company,"DON'T" my store 704.Has had nothing but criminals hired, all sorts of criminal activity has been taking place at the store, employees stealing money right out of the register, and replacing it with counterfeit money all caught on camera, absolutely nothing done still on the payroll, and no repercussions, this company hires pedophiles, there is also sexual harassment going on at that store. This is a very bad company to work for, the things that go on and are allowed to continue are absolutely ridiculous. There are much better companies out there to work for.

Store 553 has an incredible overnight manager Sagan! Great customer service and time management , clean restrooms every time , and hot coffee ready to go never empty !

I stop at Pilot on my way to my doctor once every month. I always fill my tank up as my doctor is 2 hours from my home. Before you ask, he's a specialist and the only one in the state that performs the treatments I require to stay upright and working.
I have kids and my money is tight. Filling up my tank is never more than $50, ever.
I get home to find they have charged my card for the fill-up plus another $176 that they feel like holding onto to ensure they don't get a charge back if my card is shy the money for filling my tank.
You got the money, and even if my account was shy, my bank would clear it for you and charge me the bounce fee. The worst part is, they want to hold that $176 for 5 days!!! How am I supposed to feed my family. That's a weeks worth of groceries!!!
Pilot, please reconsider your policies. Sadly my business means nothing to you, I get that. I will never use your services again as I simply can't afford them. Thank God for food banks because without them, my family would have gone hungry this week.

No paper in the bathroom, only one person on desk to serve a lot of drivers ,not costumer service at all

I stopped for a quick breakfast. They have pepperoni pizza but, no breakfast pizza at 5:45am. Not a slice eaten out of the pepperoni. Inquired about the breakfast pizza and the attendant said they don’t make it til 6am but, I guess the pepperoni they can make anytime. Then I was going to get a can of chew. Mind you I’m 50 with gray hair. The attendant was mad because I questioned why they make pepperoni and not breakfast pizza during breakfast hours. The attendant asked for ID simply to be a chump. I walked out and won’t ever stop again. No patience for ignorance. Lamar Pa

Stopped in to buy def at the pump, pump declined debit card! Go inside and have to buy it in the box at 6 times the price as at the pump, same debit card no problem! Racetrac no problem at the pump! This is a scam by pilot and will not be buying desiel, are anything else at this company! Will be talking to my lawyer about this issue because the company will not answer to phone to discuss this issue with me ,stayed on the phone for 20 minutes, no answer!

A girl at the counter was so focused on her cell phone she never greeted or told me to have a nice day. The second she was done with me he turned her back on me and went back to her phone

Purchased $40 of gas and they put a $226 hold on my credit card. It's been on there for 3 weeks now. They have given me the run around. Going to call again today. Never...never use Pilot or Flying J.

I’m genuinely bummed because I stop at Pilot Clovis NM at least 2x a year when passing through (sometimes more) for the last 10 years. I always top off my gas tank from Lubbock to my next pit stop in Albuquerque. I put $23.32 in my tank and they put a $226 hold on my card in ADDITION to my $23 purchase. 24 hours later it’s still there. This has NEVER happened and there is no notice of any kind on the pump or the app when I scanned my rewards or anything that they would be holding that much. The most a gas station has ever held is $150 which immediately just turns into the actual price of purchased at the end of the transaction. Pilot has never done this to me in the past, so I did not know to expect it. I got to Arizona late at night with my infant and dog and my card was declined to get our hotel room. That’s when I saw the hold, I never even got a notification. This is completely unacceptable. We were stranded at 10pm scrambling trying to get someone to send me money to pay for our room. I have over 900 miles left until our destination and 2 more hotels that I have no idea how I’m going to pay for because of this. As a loyal customer for years to many different locations in several states I can confidently say I will be using loves for every stop going forward including my stop in hinkley, ca. So beware if you pay at the pump they are now holding $226. Who knows when I’ll get the money back.

Update 96h later and they’re still holding my funds.

AGAIN, no receipt at the pump. New pumps and still no receipts. I this a way to get customers inside to buy?

I highly recommend not to come staff there no customer service there is a lot of favoritism discrimination out the roof they will group up and make up lies to cover each other I use to work there for five months and falsely got fired and hope the manager made up lies and got her managers to lie for her and cover her tracks I even have it in text message from people saying that she targeted me and making up lies to corporate and covering security track from the illegal thing going on on the property he still works there and I got fired

I worked for this company. I caught a employee prostitution on the job on the property. After the 3rd time I turned her in. This was in Cheyenne wy. I was terminated, she was offered a job else where. I guess pilot prefers prostitution over loyal employees. 4 weeks prior to termination I was working 70+ hrs. A week. They spoke to the female in question and determine i was harassing her by turning her in. Way to go pilot. You said a lot about your company. Your logo is , at pilot we care. I guess prostitution brings in guest.

Three Pilot in a row on a MD and DE border are with a showers broken down. What a trashy company. I hope all the clients will leave you and go to other gas stations, cause Pilot doesn’t deserve to sell any single gallon of fuel

We have no option at this specific stop in Indiana and were shocked to see they don’t have 87 and their 89 is now e15 (aka it’s the same garbage 88 octane marked up). This should be criminal!

I stopped by Pilot on Sunset in Springdale Arkansas this morning on my way to work to get some gas & an energy drink. My first awful experience here. Walking to the register the cashiers on her phone. I said morning and she just looked at me rude! Shitty attitude. I hope I don't run into Erin again! She gives the store a bad vibe!! Store needs to have happier peoples in the morning!

Pilot/Flying J are holding $297 off of my debit card every time I get gas. The most I've ever gotten is $71. So explain to me why you're holding $226 more than my usage? Ridiculous and if this doesn't change I'll be going elsewhere for anything

I will never use another Pilot gas station. We pulled into a pilot yesterday to put $20 a gas in our car because it was very expensive and I just wanted to be able to get into Ohio from Pennsylvania so we pulled into the one in Erie we have a car and they put a 226 hold on my credit card Plus the $20 of gas that we pumped. My husband went inside because we were livid and we are told 7 to 10 days for this $226 hold to fall off. This isn't even debit this is credit on a credit card. What a money grab on Pilot's card. Totally ludicrous. There's no reason for that if I put my card in it authorizes the $20 pilot will get there $20 there's no need for them to get an additional $226 for 7 to 10 days
