I ordered 2 pairs of trousers in the size I needed when I received my order I got 1 pair of trousers too small and a top I did not order, i wish I checked the reviews before ordering. I'm very disappointed.

I just wish i had read the reviews received 2 dresses and contacted service department for a returns label and being told my email is being blocked
how do these companies get away with this treatment

Avoid this company, missing items from order, when I emailed them raising the issue they can't even give a coherent answer.
After a couple of email, my last email was asking them if my issue would be resolved. Below is their response.

Your email has been replied, please kindly check it.If you have any further questions,please feel free to follow this ticket,we'll do our best to solve it for you.

Avoid this company at all cost.

Returned dresses immediately to a return address on parcel with no name just an address with postcode LE67 1TU.
Royal Mail have failed to deliver. No reply to my email to pinewat.com.
Lost £40.00

Had I known the outcome I would not have ordered this dress.
Cheap fabric that does not hang or fit properly
I've emailed at least 8 times in the past week to request how to return as no paperwork in the parcel

Never will I use again and if anyone has any sense they won't either!

Dreadful . I didn't realise they used someone else's picture in the ad . Goods arrived . Can't be returned so offered £10 . Same as another review on here . They are going to charity shop . Avoid at all cost

I have not , nor will I , ever order from this company.!! All the videos and clothes that are shown in pictures have been stolen from a lovely lady who owns Bows Boutique, she and her husband work very hard everyday to make their business a success, and scum like these people steal from them…… so very wrong.!!! 😡

Wish I'd read the reviews! The jumpsuit was in some weird fabric that bore no resemblance to the advert. The buttonholes were far too small. Straight in the charity bag! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE ON THE ADVERT- VERY POOR QUALITY!

Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Stupidly ordered two dresses in different sizes to try, reassured by their full refund policy (full cost over £40). Stupidly didn’t realise they were being shipped from China until several weeks later they still hadn’t arrived. Checked the tracking details which said they were on their way from China. When they eventually arrived they were unsuitable and totally the wrong sizes. I contacted the company to ask for a returns label as per their policy. I received a reply several days later (in very bad English) to say they couldn’t understand why I didn’t love the garments but if they gave a £10 refund I could “gift” them to family members!!! I replied that it was not acceptable and wanted a full refund. Again they replied to offer £20 and I could sell them to someone as the cost to me of returning them would outweigh the money refunded and would take weeks! By this time I knew I wasn’t going to get my refund so I decided to cut my losses and ask for a £30 refund. I did get the refund within a day so now trying to decide which of my family members will get the “gift” of an unwearable dress!!! This company is unethical and a total scam. Should be closed down on UK sites.

After 1 month i received the dress I ordered. It is rubbish. The quality is so bad its ridiculous. The sizing is totally obscure!
Do not waste any money with this company.

I was sceptical about buying from here, but, the dress I bought just arrived, and it's perfect. I'm a size 14. I got the XL, and I'm amazed at the amount of material in the dress. I would definitely buy here again.

dreadful told 2 items were attempted to be delivered no delivery time given no note to say a atempt to deliver 'now returned to supplier if it was ever sent out .....did get a refund but at a cost of £7 for postage ? scam scam scam avoid

I DO NOT recommend this company at all as everyone has said it is a scam and every one is correct in what their saying i ordered a dress from them which took about 5 weeks to arrive. I completely forgot about it, I stupidly reordered another one as it looked lovely on the website,HUH. I did receive the original dress but did not like it, nothing like the vidio. the second dress arrived after I said i did not want it and asked for it to be refunded ( thats a laugh). the two dresses were completely different sizes both should have been medium one true to size the other must have been a size 20. I have put ONLY one star on here the reason I could not leave a review unless i marked my experience. so that alone tells you its a scam. i cannot understand how they are getting away with it. but PLEASE AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY PINEWAT

Why is this company still allowed to trade!. 2 dresses bought and received. Very poor quality and the wrong size. Cannot get an answer from them as to how i return them. No return label/instructions nothing. I will not let this go. They were quick enough to bombard me with emails when i made my 1st purchase but.... will not reply now!!. Avoid this company like the PLAGUE!

I read reviews and was worried having placed an order with Pinewat. My order has arrived and is better than I expected. Customer services were excellent when I contacted them. It's good to be pleasantly surprised.

One ☆ is far too many for Pinewat. What a rotten company. I really wish I had read the reviews before I ordered the dresses that now are too much trouble to return to get £10 pound back they are offering me instead of £36 spent. No returns label enclosed with parcel.And then they suggest that maybe someone in the family or friends would like the dresses instead of sending them back!!! What a scam - feel so annoyed I've been sucked in like everyone else.

I have waited 3 weeks for a dress which I ordered , still not arrived 😡

Scam. Never received the 2 dresses that I paid for.
I have been waiting for weeks and when I try and track it says delivered.
I work from home and always at home. Nothing has been delivered

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. I PURCHASED 2 DRESSES WHICH DID ARRIVE WITHIN 2 WEEKS, NOT LIKE THE ADVERT ONLINE SO I CONTACTED THEM FOR A RETURNS LABEL...I WAS EMAILED ASKING FOR MORE MONEY SO THEY COULD SEND ME A DIFFERENT ITEM, I REPLIED SAYING ABSOLUTELY NOT AND THAT I WANT A FULL REFUND AS THEY SAY YOU ARE ENTITLED TOO ON THEIR WEBSITE...A TOTAL SCAM, SHAME ON PINEWAT AND THE NUMPTIES THAT PREMOTE AND ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCTS.

I bought 2 Bras . They arrived and not anywhere near the size i ordered. Emailed for return address and they have replied offering me half the price refund, and said to sell the items or give to a friend. I have replied refusing this. What a terrible company. Do not use. They are scammers.
