With regret shocking item I don't know how anyone can write a good review about my long sleeve top material is horrible!! Will never be ordering from here again bad mistake.

Just like all your other reviewers on here ordered a dress came in week, asked for returns delivery label they asked me for £10 to send a smaller size and keep the one I got. They must think I came down in the last shower my £23 dress was going to cost me £33!!! No chance bunch of scammers AVOID

I bought an item and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. The item was supposed to be a size 14 but was more like a 20. I asked for return address but was told it would cost to much and if i paid them another £10 they would send a smaller size and i could keep the original item and sell it or gift it to someone. I won't be buying from them again and would advise people to be careful when dealing with this company

Bought 2dresses from this company after seeing the video on Facebook. Took almost 3-weeks to arrive . Nothing like the dress shown online . Cheap horrible & badly made . The same video is showing up under many different company names too , so very suspect . No returns labels & to be quite honest too much hassle to attempt to return so went straight to recycle bin

Same as someone else has already posted I bought a dress for £21.00
When it arrived it did not suit me so I contacted the company to see how to return it.( there was no retyrns label in the packet with the dress) they replied a few days later, saying that the product was on its way.
I emailed again telling them the product had arrived and I wanted a full refund.
No joy after another few days they emailed back saying they would give me GDP 10 back as it would cost me too much to return it! They said I should sell the product on or give it to a friend or family!
I will continue to try to get all my money back and get an address to reurn the product ,but I suspect this will go on over 14 days when they will tell me I can no longer return the product!
Please avoid this company, they are making money out of people one way or another, the goods are shoddy and cheap looking. Its a scam.

Ordered the red dress that is advertised on their video, looks lovely, what absolute cheap material,nothing like the video ! This same video along with the exact same reviews and a picture of someone who ordered the dress is also on a few different selling sites !!!! When I asked the company twice about this they just said your order is on its way ! Would never buy from this micky mouse company again !! IG need to monitor this!!! 😩

Having purchased a dress from this place and it wasn't a good fit I tried to return the item but there reply was it will cost me too much to send back so they will refund me £10 for a dress that cost £21.99. Tjey send item with no returns lable or any other help if its not suitable. AND IT TAKES 24 HRS TO GET A REPLY FROM EACH QUESTION YOU ASK. I'm still waiting for them to reply when I informed them it says free returns and 14 day money back guarantee. Avoid this place and any other one that looks similar as it must be a scam place it comes from China!!!
